Claims (27)
1. Сверхвпитывающие частицы, характеризующиеся медианным размером, составляющим от приблизительно 50 до приблизительно 2000 мкм, и содержащие нанопоры, характеризующиеся средним размером поперечного сечения, составляющим от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 500 нм, где сверхвпитывающие частицы характеризуются временем существования вихря, составляющим приблизительно 80 с или меньше.
2. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 1, где частицы характеризуются скоростью впитывания, составляющей приблизительно 300 г/г/кс или больше после приведения в контакт с 0,9 вес.% водным раствором хлорида натрия в течение 0,015 килосекунды.
3. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 1, где сверхвпитывающие частицы характеризуются скоростью впитывания, составляющей приблизительно 500 г/г/кс или больше после приведения в контакт с 0,9 вес.% водным раствором хлорида натрия в течение 0,015 килосекунды.
4. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 1, где сверхвпитывающие частицы характеризуются скоростью впитывания, составляющей приблизительно 160 г/г/кс или больше после приведения в контакт с 0,9 вес.% водным раствором хлорида натрия в течение 0,120 килосекунды.
5. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 1, где сверхвпитывающие частицы характеризуются общей впитывающей способностью, составляющей приблизительно 10 г/г или больше после приведения в контакт с 0,9 вес.% водным раствором хлорида натрия в течение 3,6 килосекунды.
6. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 1, где частицы характеризуются удерживающей способностью при центрифугировании, составляющей приблизительно 20 г/г или больше.
7. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 1, где частицы дополнительно содержат микропоры.
8. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 1, где нанопоры составляют по меньшей мере приблизительно 25 об.% пор в частицах.
9. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 1, где частицы образованы из сшитого полимера, который содержит повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из одного или более этиленненасыщенных мономерных соединений, содержащих по меньшей мере один гидрофильный радикал.
10. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 9, где мономерные соединения представляют собой моноэтиленненасыщенные соединения.
11. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 9, где гидрофильный радикал включает карбоксильную группу, группу ангидрида карбоновой кислоты, соли карбоновой кислоты, сульфоновой кислоты, соли сульфоновой кислоты, гидроксильную, эфирную, амидную группу, аминогруппу, группу соли четвертичного аммония или их комбинацию.
12. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 9, где полимер содержит повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из мономерного соединения на основе (мет)акриловой кислоты или ее соли.
13. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 9, где полимер содержит алкоксисилановую функциональную группу.
14. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 1, где частицы характеризуются общей площадью пор, составляющей приблизительно 2 квадратных метра на грамм или больше.
15. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 1, где частицы характеризуются пористостью в процентах, составляющей приблизительно 5% или больше.
16. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 1, где частицы характеризуются объемной плотностью, составляющей менее приблизительно 0,7 грамма на кубический сантиметр, определенной при давлении 0,58 фунта/кв. дюйм по проникновению ртути.
17. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 1, где частицы характеризуются средним диаметром пор, составляющим от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 1200 нанометров.
18. Сверхвпитывающие частицы по п. 1, где частицы характеризуются удельной площадью поверхности, составляющей приблизительно 0,2 квадратных метра на грамм или больше, определенной в соответствии с ISO 9277:2010.
19. Способ формирования сверхвпитывающих частиц по любому из предыдущих пунктов, при этом способ включает:
образование композиции, которая содержит сверхвпитывающий полимер и систему растворителей; и
приведение композиции в контакт с системой осадителей для инициации образования пор посредством инверсии фаз.
20. Способ по п. 19, дополнительно включающий удаление осадителя из композиции.
21. Способ по п. 19, где композиция представляет собой однофазную гомогенную композицию.
22. Способ по п. 19, где при контакте с системой осадителей образуется двухфазная смесь.
23. Способ по п. 19, где разность параметра растворимости Гильдебранда системы растворителей и параметра растворимости Гильдебранда системы осадителей составляет от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 15 калорий1/2/см3/2.
24. Способ по п. 19, где система растворителей включает воду, водный спирт, солевой раствор или их комбинацию.
25. Способ по п. 19, где система осадителей включает ацетон, н-пропиловый спирт, этиловый спирт, метанол, н-бутиловый спирт, пропиленгликоль, этиленгликоль или их комбинацию.
