Claims (14)
1. Композиция эпоксидной смолы, содержащая, по меньшей мере, компоненты [A]-[D], указанные ниже:
[A]: эпоксидную смолу, имеющую ксилильную группу;
[B]: глицидиламинную эпоксидную смолу, имеющую в молекуле три или несколько глицидиловых групп;
[C]: термопластичную смолу; и
[D]: ароматический полиамин,
причем композиция эпоксидной смолы содержит от 10 до 80 масс.ч. компонента [A] и от 90 до 20 масс.ч. компонента [B] из расчета на 100 масс.ч. суммарно эпоксидных смол, и от 1 до 25 масс.ч. компонента [C] из расчета на 100 масс.ч. суммарно эпоксидных смол,
соотношение смешения [А]/[В] между компонентом [A] и компонентом [В] составляет от 0,25 до 2,3,
компонент [A] имеет эпоксидный эквивалент от 200 до 350 г/экв.
2. Композиция п. 1, содержащая от 40 до 80 масс.ч. компонента [A] и от 60 до 20 масс.ч. компонента [B] из расчета на 100 масс.ч. суммарно эпоксидных смол.
3. Композиция п. 1 или 2, в которой компонент [D] представляет собой ароматический полиамин, имеющий от 1 до 4 фенильных групп в молекуле и, по меньшей мере, одна из фенильных групп имеет aминoгруппу в орто-положении или мета-положении.
4. Препрег, содержащий углеродное волокно и композицию эпоксидной смолы по любому из пп. 1-3, впитанную в углеродное волокно.
5. Препрег по п. 4, в котором углеродное волокно находится в форме тканого материала.
6. Армированный углеродным волокном композитный материал, который представляет собой отвержденный продукт препрега по п. 4 или 5.
7. Армированный углеродным волокном композитный материал, включающий отвержденный продукт композиции эпоксидной смолы по любому из пп. 1-3 и углеродное волокно.
