Claims (35)
1. Обшивка для багажа (120), представляющая собой:
обшивку, полученную из слоистого материала (110), состоящего из множества соэкструдированных пленок (100), где пленки (100) включают
средний слой (102) из двухосноориентированного термопластического полимера, и
по меньшей мере один внешний слой (104) из термопластического полимера, где внешний слой (104) имеет толщину, составляющую 0,5%-25% относительно толщины пленки (100).
2. Обшивка для багажа по п. 1, где пленка (100) имеет толщину 10 мкм ± 5% - 100 мкм ± 5%.
3. Обшивка для багажа по п. 1 или 2, где средний слой (102) имеет толщину 10 мкм ± 5% - 100 мкм ± 5%.
4. Обшивка для багажа по любому из пп. 1-3, где внешний слой (104) имеет толщину от 0,6 мкм ± 5% до 2,5 мкм ± 5% или составляет 2%-7% относительно толщины пленки (100).
5. Обшивка для багажа по любому из пп. 1-4, где по меньшей мере две смежные пленки (100) или все пленки (100), составляющие множество пленок (100), ориентированы в одном и том же направлении.
6. Обшивка для багажа по любому из пп. 1-5, где двухосноориентированный термопластический полимер представляет собой двухосноориентированный полипропилен.
7. Обшивка для багажа по любому из пп. 1-6, где внешний слой (104) содержит сополимер полипропилена и полиэтилена или содержит терполимер полипропилена, полиэтилена и полибутена.
8. Обшивка для багажа по любому из пп. 1-7, где температура плавления среднего слоя (102) выше температуры плавления внешнего слоя (104).
9. Обшивка для багажа по п.8, где температура плавления среднего слоя (102) по меньшей мере на 10°С выше температуры плавления внешнего слоя (104).
10. Обшивка для багажа по любому из пп. 1-9, где пленка (100) является растянутой и растянутой в большей степени в одном из направлений, выбираемых из поперечного направления и продольного направления, чем в другом направлении, выбираемом из поперечного направления и продольного направления.
11. Обшивка для багажа по п.10, где пленка (100) имеет прочность при растяжении 60-190 МПа в продольном направлении или прочность при растяжении 150-300 МПа в поперечном направлении.

13. Обшивка для багажа по любому из пп. 1-12, где слоистый материал включает от 10 до 50 пленок, или 22 или 23 пленки.
14. Обшивка для багажа по любому из пп. 1-13, где толщина слоистого материала составляет 0,25 мм - 2,5 мм или 0,5 мм - менее 1 мм.

16. Обшивка для багажа по п.15, где вспомогательный материал (118) представляет собой пленку (100).
17. Обшивка для багажа по п.15 или 16, где вспомогательный материал (118) размещен внутри слоистого материала (110) или в примыкании и снаружи слоистого материала (110).
18. Обшивка для багажа по любому из пп. 1-17, дополнительно включающая слой тканевой подкладки, или верхний слой, размещенный на верхней стороне (114) слоистого материала (110).
19. Обшивка для багажа по п.18, включающая слой тканевой подкладки, где слой тканевой подкладки включает в себя сетчатое текстильное полотно, или включающая верхний слой, где верхний слой включает в себя двухосноориентированный сложный полиэфир.
20. Обшивка для багажа по любому из пп. 1-19, где слоистый материал (110) получен нагреванием и совместным сжатием пленок (100) под давлением.
21. Способ изготовления обшивки для багажа (120), включающий в себя:
обеспечение пленки (100), включающей в себя
средний слой (102) из двухосноориентированного термопластического полимера, и
внешний слой (104), по меньшей мере с одной из сторон, выбираемых из верхней стороны (103) и нижней стороны (105), среднего слоя (102), где внешний слой (104) изготовлен из термопластического полимера, отличающегося от термопластического полимера среднего слоя (102);
совместное наслаивание множества пленок (100) при температуре приблизительно 130°С или ниже и давлении менее приблизительно 10 бар или давлении менее приблизительно 40 кН/м с получением слоистого материала (110), и
формование слоистого материала (110) с получением обшивки для багажа (120).
22. Установка (240) для изготовления обшивки для багажа (120), содержащая:
пресс (244), включающий себя
позитивную форму (254),
негативную форму (258), имеющую форму, комплементарную позитивной форме (254),
захватывающее устройство (264) для механического закрепления слоистого материала (110), введенного в установку (240); и
нагревательной системы (246) для нагревания формы (254, 258) или для нагревания слоистого материала (110) или для нагревания как формы (254, 258), так и слоистого материала (110).
