Claims (21)
1. Фильтр твердых частиц для использования в системе очистки выхлопов бензинового двигателя, где фильтр имеет сторону впуска и сторону выпуска, при этом по меньшей мере сторона впуска загружена синтетической золой.
2. Фильтр твердых частиц по п. 1, где фильтр твердых частиц представляет собой фильтр с проточными стенками.
3. Фильтр твердых частиц по п. 1 или 2, где синтетическая зола содержит одно или более из: оксида алюминия, оксида цинка, карбоната цинка, оксида кальция, карбоната кальция, (смешанного) оксида церия-диоксида циркония, диоксида циркония, оксида церия и гидратированного оксида алюминия.
4. Фильтр твердых частиц по п. 3, где синтетическая зола содержит одно или более из: оксида цинка, карбоната цинка, оксида кальция, карбоната кальция и диоксида циркония.
5. Фильтр твердых частиц по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором синтетическая зола не содержит каталитического материала, содержащего металл платиновой группы, и/или не содержит отравляющих катализатор материалов.
6. Фильтр твердых частиц по п. 5, в котором отравляющие катализатор материалы в синтетической золе практически не содержат оксидов серы, фосфора, магния, марганца и свинца.
7. Фильтр твердых частиц по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где фильтр содержит 1-50 г/л синтетической золы, предпочтительно 5-40 г/л, более предпочтительно 10-35 г/л, еще более предпочтительно 15-35 г/л, и даже еще более предпочтительно 20-30 г/л.
8. Фильтр твердых частиц по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где фильтр содержит пористое тело, содержащее множество пор, и также содержащее одно или более каталитических покрытий из пористого оксида внутри по меньшей мере части из множества пор, при этом одно или более покрытий из пористого оксида предпочтительно включает TWC покрытие из пористого оксида.
9. Фильтр твердых частиц по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где фильтр твердых частиц не заключен в оболочку.
10. Система очистки выхлопов, содержащая фильтр твердых частиц по любому из пп. 1-8, где сторона впуска фильтра твердых частиц расположена выше по потоку от стороны выпуска.
11. Способ изготовления фильтра твердых частиц для использования в системе очистки выхлопов бензинового двигателя, причем способ включает в себя:
обеспечение фильтра, имеющего сторону впуска и сторону выпуска; и загрузку по меньшей мере стороны впуска синтетической золой.
12. Способ по п. 11, в котором фильтр твердых частиц соответствует любому из пп. 1-9.
13. Способ по п. 11 или 12, где способ дополнительно включает заключение в оболочку фильтра, загруженного синтетической золой.
14. Способ по любому из пп. 11-13, в котором синтетическую золу загружают в форме частиц, имеющих D90 менее 1 мкм.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 11-14, в котором загрузка по меньшей мере стороны впуска синтетической золой включает:
приведение в контакт стороны впуска с синтетической золой; и
подачу газового потока со стороны впуска к стороне выпуска и/или подведение вакуума со стороны выпуска для уплотнения синтетической золы относительно фильтра.
16. Способ по п. 15, в котором сторона впуска приводится в контакт с синтетической золой в форме газообразной суспензии или жидкой суспензии.
17. Способ по любому из пп. 11-16, дополнительно включающий прокаливание загруженной синтетической золы.
18. Применение загрузки синтетической золы для повышения эффективности фильтрации нового фильтра для использования в системе очистки выхлопов бензинового двигателя.
