Claims (15)
1. Жидкая композиция для лечения кашля как симптома простуды, причем указанная жидкая композиция содержит от около 0,1% до 3,0% мукоадгезивного материала, причем указанная жидкая композиция имеет коэффициент трения менее чем около 0,01 при скорости вращения 1-15 мм/с при тестировании в соответствии со способом, описанным в настоящем документе.
2. Жидкая композиция по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая поверхностно-активное вещество.
3. Жидкая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что мукоадгезивный материал выбран из группы, состоящей из Avicel® BV 2219, Avicel® CL 611, Avicel® RC 591, Carbopol 971P, CMC-7M8SF-PH, HPMC E4M и Nutricol BV 5616.
4. Жидкая композиция по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что мукоадгезивный материал представляет собой Avicel® CL 611.
5. Жидкая композиция по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что мукоадгезивный материал представляет собой Avicel® BV 2219.
6. Жидкая композиция по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что мукоадгезивный материал представляет собой Nutricol BV 5616.
7. Жидкая композиция по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что поверхностно-активное вещество выбрано из группы, состоящей из полоксамера 188; Lutrol® F127 (Poloxamer® 407) и Tween 80.
8. Жидкая композиция по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что поверхностно-активное вещество представляет собой полоксамер 188.
9. Жидкая композиция по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая активный ингредиент.
10. Жидкая композиция по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что активный ингредиент выбран из группы, состоящей из ацетаминофена, декстрометорфана, гвайфенезина, ибупрофена и фенилэфрина.
11. Жидкая композиция по п. 9, отличающаяся тем, что активный ингредиент представляет собой анальгетик.
12. Жидкая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что композиция содержит вещество, усиливающее ощущения.
13. Способ облегчения симптома, выбранного из группы, состоящей из кашля, заложенности носа и боли в горле у субъекта, включающий введение композиции по п. 1.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что симптом представляет собой боль в горле.
15. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанная жидкая композиция имеет коэффициент трения, равный около 0,001-0,010 при скорости вращения 1-15 мм/с при тестировании в соответствии со способом, описанным в настоящем документе.
