Claims (20)

1. Акустический связующий компонент (32) для позиционирования между компоновкой (30) ультразвуковых преобразователей и материалом (34), подлежащим обработке или визуализации, содержащий:
исполнительный механизм на основе электроактивного материала, содержащий слоистую резонансную структуру на основе электроактивного материала из по меньшей мере одного слоя электроактивного материала с настраиваемой толщиной и дополнительного слоя материала с другим акустическим полным сопротивлением, причем исполнительный механизм на основе электроактивного материала выполнен с возможностью принимать ультразвуковой сигнал, имеющий некоторую частоту, от компоновки ультразвуковых преобразователей и передавать этот ультразвуковой сигнал к материалу, подлежащему обработке или визуализации; и
контроллер (36), причем контроллер выполнен с возможностью электрически управлять исполнительным механизмом на основе электроактивного материала для реализации настройки резонансной частоты для реализации посредством этого сдвига резонансной частоты.
2. Компонент по п. 1, в котором слоистая структура имеет по меньшей мере два разных материала (40, 42) с разными акустическими полными сопротивлениями.
3. Компонент по п. 2, в котором первый (40) из материалов слоистой структуры содержит электроактивный полимерный материал на основе PVDF, и второй (42) из материалов слоистой структуры содержит диэлектрический электроактивный полимерный материал на основе силоксана.
4. Компонент по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором:
электроактивный материал имеет ассоциативно связанные электроды исполнительного механизма, и дополнительный слой материала является пассивным слоем, или
как слой электроактивного материала, так и дополнительный слой материала являются электроактивными материалами, каждый из которых имеет ассоциативно связанные электроды исполнительного механизма.
5. Компонент по п. 4, в котором слоистая структура содержит верхний (47) и нижний (48) слой с первым акустическим полным сопротивлением и средний слой (49) со вторым, меньшим акустическим полным сопротивлением.
6. Компонент по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором слой электроактивного материала и/или дополнительный слой материала содержат частицы наполнителя для настройки акустического полного сопротивления.
7. Компонент по п. 6, в котором частицы наполнителя содержат керамические частицы или металлические частицы, покрытые непроводящим покрытием.
8. Компонент по п. 6 или 7, содержащий сегментированную электродную компоновку, ассоциативно связанную с исполнительным механизмом на основе слоя электроактивного материала.
9. Компонент по любому из пп. 6-8, причем исполнительный механизм на основе электроактивного материала содержит слой электроактивного материала с частицами и слой электроактивного материала без частиц.
10. Компонент по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором слой электроактивного материала содержит слой электроактивного полимера на основе PVDF.
11. Ультразвуковое устройство, содержащее:
компоновку (30) преобразователей;
акустический связующий компонент по любому из предшествующих пунктов, выполненный с возможностью быть расположенным между компоновкой преобразователей и материалом, подлежащим обработке или визуализации.
12. Ультразвуковое устройство по п. 11, в котором акустический связующий компонент является акустически пропускающим окном поверх компоновки преобразователей.
13. Ультразвуковое устройство по п. 12, в котором акустический связующий компонент находится на расстоянии от компоновки преобразователей.
14.
