Claims (24)

1. Баллонный катетер, содержащий:
ствол, выполненный с возможностью введения в сердце пациента;
баллон, выполненный из расширяемой мембраны, который установлен на дистальном конце ствола;
гибкую подложку, которая расположена на мембране;
один или более электродов, размещенных над гибкой подложкой и имеющих конфигурацию «рыбья кость» и
одну или более рентгеноконтрастных меток, соединенных с расширяемой мембраной, причем одна или более рентгеноконтрастных меток включают в себя змеевидный контур, так что рентгеноконтрастные метки складываются в соответствии с гибкой подложкой при сворачивании расширяемой мембраны в сжатую или свернутую конфигурацию.
2. Баллонный катетер по п. 1, содержащий щели для орошения, расположенные на мембране, причем некоторые из щелей для орошения распределены над областями, покрытыми электродами, а другие щели для орошения распределены между областями, покрытыми электродами.
3. Баллонный катетер по п. 1, в котором рентгеноконтрастные метки содержат по меньшей мере первую и вторую метки, на которые нанесены различные формы для указания в ходе рентгеновской визуализации на ориентацию баллонного катетера.
4. Баллонный катетер по п. 1, содержащий магнитный датчик положения, который расположен проксимально к баллону.
5. Баллонный катетер по п. 1, содержащий нить, расположенную между мембраной и гибкой подложкой.
6. Баллонный катетер по п. 5, в котором нить выбирают из сверхвысокомолекулярного волокна или жидкокристаллического полимерного волокна.
7. Баллонный катетер по п. 1, в котором гибкая подложка содержит рельефную топографию, которая выполнена с возможностью повышения адгезии гибкой подложки к мембране.
8. Способ изготовления баллонного катетера, включающий следующие этапы:
обеспечение ствола, который выполнен с возможностью введения в сердце пациента;
установка на дистальном конце ствола баллона, выполненного из расширяемой мембраны;
размещение на мембране гибкой подложки;
размещение на гибкой подложке одного или нескольких электродов, имеющих конфигурацию «рыбья кость»;
размещение на гибкой подложке одной или нескольких рентгеноконтрастных меток, имеющих змеевидный контур и
приведение электродов и змеевидных рентгеноконтрастных меток в соответствие с мембраной в сжатой конфигурации.
9. Способ по п. 8, включающий в себя размещение щелей для орошения на мембране, причем некоторые из щелей для орошения распределены над областями, покрытыми электродами, а другие щели для орошения распределены между областями, покрытыми электродами.
10. Способ по п. 8, в котором размещение рентгеноконтрастных меток включает в себя размещение по меньшей мере первой и второй рентгеноконтрастных меток, на которые нанесены различные формы, для указания в ходе рентгеновской визуализации на ориентацию баллонного катетера.
11. Способ по п. 8, включающий в себя размещение магнитного датчика положения проксимально к баллону.
12. Способ по п. 8, включающий в себя размещение нити между мембраной и гибкой подложкой.
13. Способ по п. 8, включающий в себя повышение адгезии гибкой подложки к мембране путем включения рельефной топографии в гибкую подложку.
