Claims (9)
1. Устройство для лазерной терапии кожных язв, содержащее источник лазерного излучения, терапевтический ручной блок, световод, предназначенный для передачи лазерного пучка от источника лазерного излучения на ручной блок, при этом ручной блок выполнен с возможностью изменения наклона лазерного пучка, выходящего из ручного блока, относительно продольной оси ручного блока.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором ручной блок содержит ряд сменных наконечников, выполненных таким образом, чтобы лазерный пучок, выходящий из ручного блока, мог иметь различные наклоны относительно продольной оси ручного блока.
3. Устройство по п. 2, в котором по меньшей мере один из указанных сменных наконечников содержит отражающую поверхность для отклонения лазерного пучка, выходящего из ручного блока, в направлении под наклоном относительно продольной оси ручного блока.
4. Устройство по пп. 1, 2 или 3, в котором с ручным блоком связано, или может быть связано, зеркало с изменяемым наклоном, предназначенное для изменения направления лазерного пучка, выходящего из ручного блока, относительно продольной оси ручного блока.
5. Устройство по пп. 1, 2 или 3, в котором ручной блок содержит концевой участок, испускающий лазерный пучок, при этом зеркало с изменяемым наклоном является шарнирного присоединяемым или шарнирно присоединено к ручному блоку снаружи концевого участка.
6. Устройство по п. 4 или 5, в котором зеркало с изменяемым наклоном управляется приводом, предпочтительно электрическим приводом.
7. Устройство по любому из пп. 1–6, которое дополнительно содержит коллимационную линзу, предназначенную для коллимации лазерного пучка, выходящего из источника, и позволяющую получить коллимированный лазерный пучок на выходе ручного блока.
8. Устройство по любому из пп. 1–7, которое содержит систему сканирования для лазерного пучка, предпочтительно заключенную в ручном блоке.
9. Устройство по п. 8, в котором система сканирования содержит по меньшей мере одно сканирующее зеркало с приводом, предназначенным для управления перемещением зеркала, и, дальше по ходу от сканирующего зеркала, неподвижное или подвижное отклоняющее зеркало для изменения выходного направления лазерного пучка относительно продольной оси ручного блока.
