Claims (21)

1. Способ производства имплантата с использованием композитной пудры с микроструктурированными частицами, в котором первоначально композитную пудру получают связыванием больших частиц с малыми частицами, причем
- большие частицы имеют средний диаметр частицы в диапазоне от 10 мкм до 10 мм,
- большие частицы содержат по меньшей мере один полимер,
- малые частицы размещены на поверхности больших частиц и/или неоднородно распределены в пределах больших частиц,
- малые частицы содержат соль кальция,
- малые частицы имеют средний размер частицы в диапазоне от 0,01 мкм до 1,0 мм, а имплантат впоследствии получают путем выборочного лазерного спекания композиции,
содержащей композитную пудру, отличающийся тем, что
частицы композитной пудры имеют средний размер d50 частицы в диапазоне от 10 мкм до менее 200 мкм, а тонкая фракция композитной пудры составляет меньше 50% объема.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что частицы композитной пудры имеют размер частицы d90 меньше 350 мкм.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что частицы композитной пудры имеют средний размер частицы d50 в диапазоне от 20 мкм до менее 150 мкм.
4. Способ по меньшей мере по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что частицы композитной пудры имеют соотношение (d20/d50 меньше 100%, и/или соль кальция имеет характеристическое отношение меньше 5, и/или соль кальция содержит сферические частицы карбоната кальция, и/или соль кальция содержит фосфат кальция.
5. Способ по меньшей мере по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что большие частицы содержат по меньшей мере один термопластический полимер.
6. Способ по меньшей мере по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что большие частицы содержат по меньшей мере один рассасывающийся полимер.
7. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что рассасывающийся полимер имеет
характеристическую вязкость, измеренную в потоке хлороформа при 25°С и 0,1% концентрации полимера, в диапазоне от 0,3 дл/г до 8,0 дл/г.
8. Способ по меньшей мере по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что большие частицы содержат поли-D, поли-L и/или поли-D,L-лактидную кислоту.
9. Способ по меньшей мере по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что большие частицы содержат по меньшей мере один рассасывающийся полиэфир, имеющий значение средней молекулярной массы в диапазоне от 500 г/моль до 1000000 г/моль.
10. Способ по меньшей мере по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что большие частицы содержат по меньшей мере один полиамид.
11. Способ по меньшей мере по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что большие частицы содержат по меньшей мере один полиуретан.
12. Способ по меньшей мере по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что массовая концентрация частицы соли кальция по отношению к общей массе композитной пудры составляет по меньшей мере 0,1 масс. %.
13. Способ по меньшей мере по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что композитная пудра по отношению к общей массе композитной пудры содержит от 40,0 масс. % до 80,0 масс. % поли-L-лактоновой кислоты и от 20,0 масс. % до 60,0 масс. % частиц карбоната кальция.
