Claims (17)
1. Костный имплантат, который содержит
пористое тело, содержащее частицы биоактивного стекла, имеющие размер частицы по меньшей мере 500 мкм, где композиция биоактивного стекла содержит 45-59% масс. SiO2, 18-25% масс. Na2O, 17-25% масс. CaO и 0,1-6% масс. P2O5, и
пленку толщиной 10-200 мкм, выполненную из биосовместимого полимера и расположенную по меньшей мере частично вокруг тела.
2. Костный имплантат по п. 1, в котором пленку располагают вокруг тела так, чтобы покрывать часть тела, находящуюся в контакте с мышцей, фасцией или надкостницей, когда имплантат имплантируют в кость.
3. Костный имплантат в соответствии с любым из предшествующих пунктов, в котором полимер выбирают из группы, состоящей из полилактида, полигликолида, сополимера (лактид-гликолид), поликапролактона, природных коллагеновых полимеров и их смесей с полиэтиленгликолем.
4. Костный имплантат в соответствии с любым из предшествующих пунктов, в котором размер частиц биоактивного стекла составляет 500-3150 мкм.
5. Костный имплантат в соответствии с любым из предшествующих пунктов, в котором толщина пленки составляет 100-200 мкм.
6. Костный имплантат в соответствии с любым из предшествующих пунктов, в котором пленка содержит биоактивное стекло.
7. Костный имплантат по п. 6, в котором биоактивное стекло пленки имеет форму порошка, имеющего усредненный размер частицы меньше чем 45 мкм.
8. Костный имплантат в соответствии с любым из предшествующих пунктов, в котором в состав биоактивного стекла входит 45-54% масс. SiO2, 22-25% масс. Na2O, 19-25% масс. CaO и 3,5-6% масс. P2O5.
9. Костный имплантат в соответствии с любым из предшествующих пунктов, в котором в состав биоактивного стекла входит 53% масс. SiO2, 23% масс. Na2O, 20% масс. CaO и 4% масс. P2O5.
10. Костный имплантат в соответствии с любым из предшествующих пунктов, в котором тело имеет форму диска и пленку располагают вокруг сторон диска.
11. Костный имплантат в соответствии с любым из предшествующих пунктов, в котором тело присутствует в форме спеченных биоактивных стеклянных частиц.
12. Костный имплантат в соответствии с любым из пп. 1-9, в котором тело присутствует в форме частиц биоактивного стекла, удерживаемых вместе биоразрушаемым полимером.
13. Костный имплантат по п. 12, в котором биоразрушаемый полимер выбирают из группы, состоящей из полилактида, полигликолида, сополимера (лактид-гликолид), поликапролактона, полиэтиленгликоля, коллагена и их смесей.
14. Способ изготовления костного имплантата в соответствии с любым из пп. 1-13, который включает формирование пористого тела, содержащего частицы биоактивного стекла, размещение пленки, выполненной из биосовместимого полимера, по меньшей мере частично вокруг пористого тела и нагревание комбинации до температуры стеклования биосовместимого полимера.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором пористое тело, содержащее частицы биоактивного стекла, изготавливают с использованием формы и либо спекания, либо полимерного соединительного материала.
