Claims (43)
1. Способ изготовления гибко-катаного плоского стального продукта с конечной толщиной, требуемой в сечениях, и состоящего из высокопрочной стали с содержанием марганца, содержащий этапы:
предоставление горячей полосы или холодной полосы, оцинкованной или неоцинкованной, c составом сплава (в вес.%): С: 0,0005 до 0,9; Mn: 4 до 12; Al: до 10; Р: <0,1; S: <0,1; N <0,1; при этом остаток – железо с неизбежными сопутствующими стали элементами, при легировании в качестве опции одним или несколькими из следующих элементов (в вес.%): Si: до 6; Cr: до 6; Nb: до 1; V: до 1,5; Ti: до 1,5; Mo: до 3; Sn: до 0,5; Cu: до 3; W: до 5; Co: до 8; Zr: до 0,5; Ta: до 0,5; Te: до 0,5; B: до 1,5,
прокатка гибким способом горячей полосы или холодной полосы на этапе прокатки или на множестве этапов прокатки до конечных толщин, требуемых в сечениях, при температуре горячей полосы или холодной полосы от 60°C до температуры ниже температуры Ac3, предпочтительно 60-450°С, до первого этапа прокатки,
в качестве опции оцинковка еще не оцинкованного плоского стального продукта, полученного таким образом.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что горячую полосу или холодную полосу предварительно нагревают, до первого этапа прокатки, до температуры от 60°С до ниже температуры Ас3, предпочтительно 60-450°С.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что, за исключением первого этапа прокатки, горячую полосу или холодную полосу подвергают прокатке гибким способом на следующих этапах прокатки при одинаковых или разных температурах горячей полосы или холодной полосы от комнатной температуры до температуры ниже температуры Ac3, предпочтительно при комнатной температуре до температуры ниже 450°C.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что горячую полосу или холодную полосу подвергают прокатке гибким способом на первом этапе прокатки и на следующих этапах прокатки при одинаковых температурах горячей полосы или холодной полосы, от 60°C до температуры ниже температуры Ac3, преимущественно при 60°С до температуры ниже 450°C.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что при множестве требуемых этапов прокатки после первого этапа прокатки с предварительным нагревом последний этап прокатки или множество последних этапов прокатки в качестве опции выполняются при температурах от - 100 до 60°С.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что температура влияет на плоский стальной продукт локально ограниченным образом.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что плоский стальной продукт получают со следующим составом сплава в вес.%:
C: 0,05 до 0,35
Mn: > 5 до < 10
Al: 0,05 до 5 в частности > 0,5 до 3
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающийся тем, что плоский стальной продукт получают со следующим составом сплава в вес.%:
Si: 0,05-3, предпочтительно 0,1-1,5
Cr: 0,1-4, предпочтительно > 0,5-2,5
Nb: 0,005-0,4, предпочтительно 0,01-0,1
V: 0,005-0,6, предпочтительно 0,01-0,3
Ti: 0,005-0,6, предпочтительно 0,01-0,3
Mo: 0,005-1,5, предпочтительно 0,01-0,6
Sn: < 0,2, предпочтительно < 0,05
Cu: < 0,5, предпочтительно < 0,1
W: 0-5, 0,01-3, предпочтительно 0,2-1,5
Co: 0,01-5, предпочтительно 0,3-2
Zr: 0,005-0,3, предпочтительно 0,01-0,2
Ta: 0,005-0,3, предпочтительно 0,01-0,1
Te: 0,005-0,3, предпочтительно 0,01-0,1
B: 0,001-0,08, предпочтительно 0,002-0,01
9. Способ получения горячей полосы или холодной полосы для изготовления гибко-катаного плоского стального продукта по пп. 1-8, содержащий этапы:
выплавка стального расплава, имеющего состав сплава по любому из пп. 1, 7 и 8 посредством технологического маршрута, при доменном или электродуговом процессе, с вакуумной обработкой расплава в качестве опции,
литье стального расплава с получением пред-полосы посредством процесса горизонтального или вертикального литья полосы с приближением к конечным размерам, или литье стального расплава с получением сляба или тонкого сляба посредством процесса горизонтального или вертикального литья сляба или тонкого сляба,
нагрев пред-полосы или сляба или тонкого сляба до температуры 1050-1250°C или прокатка без повторного нагрева от тепла литья (первый нагрев),
горячая прокатка до однородной конечной толщины 20-0,8 мм при конечной температуре прокатки 1050-800°С,
намотка горячей полосы при температуре намотки от более 100°C до 800°C;
кислотная очистка горячей полосы,
отжиг горячей полосы при температуре 500-840°С, при продолжительности отжига от 1 мин до 24 ч при процессе непрерывного или пакетного отжига,
в качестве опции, холодная прокатка горячей полосы до однородной конечной толщины при комнатной температуре или повышенной температуре за один или множество проходов прокатки,
в качестве опции, отжиг холоднокатаной горячей полосы при температуре 500-840°С при продолжительности отжига от 1 мин до 24 ч при процессе непрерывного или пакетного отжига,
в качестве опции, оцинковка горячей полосы или холодной полосы электролитическим способом или горячим погружением, или нанесение иного металлического, органического или неорганического покрытия до или после прокатки гибким способом.
10. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что холодную прокатку выполняют при температуре, до первого этапа прокатки, от 60°С до температуры ниже температуры Ac3, предпочтительно 60-450°С, и нагрев или охлаждение выполняют между проходами прокатки до температуры от 60°С до ниже температуры Ac3, предпочтительно 60-450°С.
11. Гибко-катаный плоский стальной продукт, изготовленный в соответствии со способом по любому из пп. 1-10, отличающийся тем, что плоский стальной продукт имеет прочность на разрыв Rm от более 1000 МПа до 2000 МПа и удлинение при разрушении A50 от более 3% до 45%.
12. Гибко-катаный плоский стальной продукт по п.11, отличающийся тем, что плоский стальной продукт подвергают оцинковке горячим погружением или электролитическим способом или на него наносят металлическое, неорганическое или органическое покрытие.
13. Применение плоского стального продукта по пп.11 и 12 для применения в автомобильной промышленности, сельскохозяйственном машиностроении, строительстве железнодорожного транспорта, дорожном деле, в бытовой технике или в качестве тонколистовых сварных составных заготовок.
