Claims (30)
1. Cпособ формирования продукта из сшитой целлюлозы, содержащий:
смешивание сшивающего агента с фрагментами мата из целлюлозных волокон, причем фрагменты мата из целлюлозных волокон содержат целлюлозные волокна, скрепленные водородными связями, и имеют содержание сухого вещества приблизительно 45-95%; и сшивающий агент добавляется в количестве, подходящем для достижения требуемого уровня сшивания распушенных (индивидуализированных) целлюлозных волокон в расчете на содержание сухого вещества; причем при смешивании образуется по существу гомогенная смесь несшитых, распушенных целлюлозных волокон;
сушку полученной смеси до содержания сухого вещества 85-100%; и
отверждение высушенной смеси в условиях, эффективных для сшивания целлюлозных волокон.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором фрагменты мата из целлюлозных волокон содержат приблизительно 60-80% сухого вещества.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, до смешивания дополнительно включающий фрагментацию мата из целлюлозных волокон с образованием фрагментов мата из целлюлозных волокон.
4. Способ по п. 3, в котором фрагментация дополнительно включает увлажнение мата из целлюлозных волокон перед образованием фрагментов мата из целлюлозных волокон.
5. Способ по п. 3 или 4, в котором фрагментация дополнительно включает одну или несколько стадий дробления, резки или разрезания мата из целлюлозных волокон.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 3-5, в котором мат из целлюлозных волокон представляет собой один или несколько из следующих материалов: листовую целлюлозу, бумагу, картон, нетканый материал и лист целлюлозы после пресспата, состоящий из целлюлозы, никогда не подвергавшейся сушке, или из предварительно высушенной целлюлозы.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 3-6, в котором фрагментация включает в себя подачу мата из целлюлозы в форме кипы или рулона в дробилку, устройство для резки и/или шредер.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором смешивание включает в себя индивидуализацию (распушение) целлюлозных волокон.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, в котором смешивание включает в себя добавление сшивающего агента в количестве, достаточном, чтобы обеспечить содержание химического реагента на целлюлозе в диапазоне приблизительно 2-14%.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-9, в котором смешивание осуществляют в условиях окружающей среды.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 1-10, в котором смешивание включает в себя регулирование содержания сухого вещества в смеси сшивающего агента и фрагментов мата из целлюлозных волокон приблизительно в диапазоне 40-60%.
12. Способ по п. 11, в котором регулирование содержания сухого вещества в смеси включает в себя доведение количества сшивающего агента до концентрации, подходящей для обеспечения упомянутого содержания сухого вещества.
13. Способ по п. 11 или 12, в котором смешивание включает в себя доведение содержания сухого вещества в смеси сшивающего агента и фрагментов мата из целлюлозных волокон приблизительно до 50-60%.
14. Способ по любому из пп. 1-13, в котором смешивание осуществляют в одном или нескольких экструдерах, гидроразбивателях, рафинерах, дефлекерах и смесителях для сред высокой консистенции.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 1-14, в котором фрагменты мата из целлюлозных волокон по существу состоят из целлюлозных волокон, скрепленных водородными связями.
16. Способ формирования продукта из сшитой целлюлозы, содержащий:
фрагментацию мата из целлюлозных волокон, скрепленных водородными связями, с образованием фрагментов мата из целлюлозных волокон с содержанием сухого вещества приблизительно 60-80%;
смешивание полиакрилового кислотного сшивающего агента с фрагментами мата из целлюлозных волокон в количестве и концентрации, достаточной, чтобы обеспечить на целлюлозе уровень химического реагента в диапазоне приблизительно 2-14% и содержание сухого вещества в смеси из сшивающего агента и фрагментов мата из целлюлозных волокон приблизительно 50-60%; причем упомянутое смешивание осуществляют в условиях окружающей среды; и при этом упомянутое смешивание индивидуализирует (распушает) целлюлозные волокна;
сушку полученной смеси до содержания сухого вещества 85-100%; и
отверждение высушенной смеси в условиях, эффективных для сшивания целлюлозных волокон.
17. Система, содержащая:
блок смешивания, выполненный с возможностью образования из фрагментов мата из целлюлозных волокон, содержащего целлюлозные волокна, скрепленные водородными связями, с содержанием сухого вещества приблизительно 45-95% и сшивающего агента по существу гомогенной смеси несшитых, индивидуализированных (распушенных) целлюлозных волокон и сшивающего агента в условиях окружающей среды;
блок сушки, расположенный дальше по ходу от блока смешивания и выполненный с возможностью сушки по существу гомогенной смеси до концентрации 85-100% без отверждения с помощью сшивающего агента; и
блок отверждения, расположенный дальше по ходу от блока сушки и выполненный с возможностью отверждения с помощью сшивающего агента с формированием при этом сухих, отвержденных и сшитых целлюлозных волокон.
18. Система по п. 17, в которой блок смешивания включает в себя смеситель для сред высокой консистенции.
19. Система по п. 17 или 18, дополнительно включающая в себя блок фрагментации, выполненный с возможностью образования фрагментов мата из целлюлозных волокон из мата из целлюлозных волокон, в которой блок фрагментации включает в себя одну или несколько дробилок, устройств для резки и/или шредеров.
20. Система по любому из пп. 17-19, в которой блок смешивания выполнен с возможностью образования из фрагментов мата из целлюлозных волокон, по существу состоящего из целлюлозных волокон, скрепленных водородными связями, с содержанием сухого вещества приблизительно 45-95%, и сшивающего агента по существу гомогенной смеси несшитых, распушенных целлюлозных волокон и сшивающего агента в условиях окружающей среды.
