Claims (20)
1. Композиция добавки смазочного вещества для буровой текучей среды на водной основе, содержащая по меньшей мере один олигомер, причем указанный олигомер содержит продукт взаимодействия:
a. по меньшей мере одной замещенной гидрокарбилом карбоновой кислоты или сложного эфира или ангидрида указанной кислоты; и
b. по меньшей мере одного полиалкиленгликоля.
2. Композиция добавки по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что карбоновая кислота в замещенной гидрокарбилом карбоновой кислоте включает щавелевую кислоту, малоновую кислоту, янтарную кислоту, глутаровую кислоту, адипиновую кислоту, пимелиновую кислоту, пробковую кислоту, азелаиновую кислоту, себациновую кислоту, ундекандиовую кислоту, додекандиовую кислоту, малеиновую кислоту, фумаровую кислоту, глутаконовую кислоту, травматиновую кислоту и муконовую кислоту, фталевую кислоту, изофталевую кислоту, терефталевую кислоту или дифеновую кислоту.
3. Композиция добавки по любому из п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что гидрокарбильный заместитель в замещенной гидрокарбилом карбоновой кислоте включает линейный или разветвленный С6-С36 алкан или алкен.
4. Композиция добавки по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что замещенная гидрокарбилом карбоновая кислота включает додеценилянтарный ангидрид.
5. Композиция добавки по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что замещенная гидрокарбилом карбоновая кислота включает октадеценилянтарный ангидрид.
6. Композиция добавки по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающаяся тем, что полиалкиленгликоль включает одно или более соединений из полиэтиленгликоля или полипропиленгликоля.
7. Композиция добавки по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающаяся тем, что полиалкиленгликоль включает диэтиленгликоль.
8. Композиция добавки по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что полиалкиленгликоль включает полипропиленгликоль с Мn менее 2000.
9. Композиция добавки по любому из пп. 1-8, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере один амин.
10. Композиция добавки по п. 9, отличающаяся тем, что указанный амин включает по меньшей мере один алканоламин.
11. Композиция добавки по п. 10, содержащая по меньшей мере одно из этаноламина, диэтаноламина, триэтаноламина, и смеси указанных веществ.
12. Композиция добавки по любому из пп. 1-11, отличающаяся тем, что указанный олигомер или смесь олигомера и амина присутствует в добавке в количестве от примерно 1 до примерно 100% масс.
13. Композиция добавки по любому из пп. 1-12, дополнительно содержащая от 0,01 до 10% масс, соединения дитиофосфата металла.
14. Композиция добавки по п. 13, отличающаяся тем, что указанное соединение дитиофосфата металла включает диалкилдитиофосфат цинка.
15. Композиция добавки по любому из пп. 1-14, дополнительно содержащая от 0,01 до 10% масс, сульфированного олефина.
16. Буровая текучая среда на водной основе, содержащая от примерно 0,01 до 10% масс, композиции добавки по любому из пп. 1-15 и воду.
17. Способ обеспечения смазывающих свойств буровой текучей среде, включающий: введение в буровую текучую среду композиции добавки по любому из пп. 1-15.
18. Способ увеличения смазывающей способности и снижения коэффициента трения буровой текучей среды на водной основе путем введения в буровую текучую среду на водной основе композиции добавки по любому из пп. 1-15.
