Claims (20)
1. Смазывающая композиция для использования в картере двигателя внутреннего сгорания, содержащая:
(i) базовое масло; (ii) одно или несколько молибденорганических соединений в количестве достаточном для обеспечения от 100 до 1000 масс. ч/млн. молибдена; и
(iii) от 0,2 масс.% до 5,0 масс.%, в расчете на массу смазывающей композиции, одной или нескольких органических полимерных присадок, уменьшающих трение, где одна или несколько органических полимерных присадок, уменьшающих трение, имеет молекулярную массу в диапазоне от 1000 до 30000 ед. Дальтона, и является продуктом взаимодействия:
а) гидрофобного полимерного субблока, который содержит гидрофобный полимер, выбранный из полиолефинов, полиакрилов и полистиролов;
b) гидрофильного полимерного субблока, который содержит гидрофильный полимер, выбранный из простых полиэфиров, сложных полиэфиров, полиамидов;
c) необязательно, по меньшей мере одного фрагмента основной цепи, который способен связывать вместе полимерные субблоки; и
d) необязательно, группы обрыва цепи.
2. Смазывающая композиция по п. 1, в которой гидрофобный полимерный субблок содержит гидрофобный полимер, который является полиолефином.
3. Смазывающая композиция по п. 1 или 2, в которой гидрофобный полимерный субблок содержит полиизобутиленовый полимер, который был подвергнут малеинизации с образованием полиизобутилен-янтарного ангидрида, имеющего молекулярную массу в диапазоне от 300 до 5000 ед. Дальтона.
4. Смазывающая композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой гидрофильный полимерный субблок, содержит гидрофильный полимер, который является полиэтиленгликолем.
5. Смазывающая композиция по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой фрагмент основной цепи выбирают из полиола, поликарбоновой кислоты и их смесей.
6. Смазывающая композиция по любому из пп. 1-5, в которой группа обрыва цепи представляет собой любую жирную карбоновую кислоту.
7. Смазывающая композиция по любому из пп. 1-6, в которой продукт взаимодействия содержит несколько звеньев блок-coполимера, образовавшихся в результате связывания вместе во время реакции нескольких гидрофобных и гидрофильных полимерных субблоков.
8. Смазывающая композиция по любому из пп. 1-7, в которой одно или несколько молибденорганических соединений выбрано из дитиокарбаматов молибдена (MoDTC), дитиофосфатов молибдена (MoDTP), молибден-аминов, алкоголятов молибдена и амидоспиртов молибдена и их смесей.
9. Смазывающая композиция по пп. 8, в которой одно или несколько молибденорганических соединений представляет собой дитиокарбамат молибдена (MoDTC).
10. Смазывающая композиция по любому из пп. 1-9, дополнительно содержащая гидроксиалкиламин.
11. Смазывающая композиция по любому из пп. 1-10, в которой базовое масло представляет собой базовое масло, произведенное в синтезе Фишера-Тропша.
12. Применение смазывающей композиции по любому из пп. 1-10 в картере двигателя внутреннего сгорания для снижения трения.
13. Применение смазывающей композиции по любому из пп. 1-10 в картере двигателя внутреннего сгорания для снижения износа.
14. Применение смазывающей композиции по любому из пп. 1-10 в картере двигателя внутреннего сгорания для улучшения характеристики экономии топлива.
