Claims (28)
1. Способ получения пористого материала, по меньшей мере включающий стадии:
a) предоставления смеси (I), содержащей
(i) композицию (А), по меньшей мере содержащую
изоцианатную композицию (А*), содержащую
полимерный полифункциональный изоцианат в качестве компонента (ai)
мономерный полифункциональный изоцианат в качестве компонента (aii)
по меньшей мере один катализатор в качестве компонента (ас) и
(ii) растворитель (В),
b) взаимодействия компонентов в композиции (А) с получением органического геля, и
c) высушивания геля, полученного на стадии b),
где композиция (А) по существу не содержит ароматических аминов,
где компоненты (ai), (aii) и (ас) композиции (А) предоставлены отдельно друг от друга, каждый в подходящем частичном количестве растворителя (В).
2. Способ по п. 1, где композиция (А*) содержит компонент (ai) в количестве от 84 до 27 масс. % и компонент (aii) в количестве от 16 до 73 масс. %.
3. Способ по п. 1, где компонент (ai) выбирают из полимерных полифункциональных изоцианатов на основе дифенилметандиизоцианата (MDI) и компонент (aii) выбирают из мономерного дифенилметандиизоцианата (MDI).
4. Способ по п. 1, где компонент (aii) содержит смесь 2,2'-дифенилметандиизоцианата, 2,4-дифенилметандиизоцианата и 4,4'-дифенилметандиизоцианата.
5. Способ по п. 1, где композиция (А) содержит менее чем 1 масс. % воды.
6. Способ по п. 1, где композиция (А) содержит
от 80 до 99,9 масс. % композиции (А*), содержащей полифункциональные изоцианаты, и от 0,1 до 20 масс. % компонента (ас), и
в каждом случае в расчете от общей массы композиции (А), где масс. % компонентов композиции (А) составляет в сумме 100 масс. %.
7. Способ по п. 1, где катализатор выбирают из группы, состоящей из первичных, вторичных и третичных аминов, производных триазина, металлоорганических соединений, хелатов металлов, оксидов фосфоленов, солей четвертичного аммония, солей аммония, гидроксидов аммония и гидроксидов, алкоксидов и карбоксилатов щелочных металлов и щелочноземельных металлов.
8. Способ по п. 1, где катализатор катализирует тримеризацию с образованием изоциануратных групп.
9. Способ по п. 1, где компонент (ас) содержит катализатор, катализирующий тримеризацию с образованием изоциануратных групп, и необязательно аминный катализатор.
10. Способ по п. 1, где компонент (ас) содержит по меньшей мере одну соль металла карбоновой кислоты.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 1-10, где высушивание согласно стадии с) проводят посредством преобразования жидкости, содержащейся в геле, в газообразное состояние при температуре и давлении ниже критической температуры и критического давления жидкости, содержащейся в геле.
12. Способ по любому из пп. 1-10, где высушивание согласно стадии с) проводят в сверхкритических условиях.
13. Пористый материал, который получен или получаемый способом по любому из пп. 1-12.
14. Применение пористых материалов по п. 13 или пористого материала, полученного или получаемого способом по любому из пп. 1-12, в качестве теплоизолирующего материала или для вакуумных изолирующих панелей.
15. Применение по п. 14, где пористый материал применяют во внутренних или наружных теплоизолирующих системах.
