Claims (15)

1. Система имплантатов дугоотростчатого сустава, содержащая первый имплантат (1), выполненный с возможностью крепления к первому суставному отростку, и второй имплантат (3), выполненный с возможностью крепления ко второму суставному отростку, отличающаяся тем, что содержит также скользящий вкладыш (2), выполненный с возможностью размещения между первым имплантатом (1) а вторым имплантатом (3), причем первая поверхность (2А) скользящего вкладыша (2) является дополняющей к контактной поверхности (1А) первого имплантата (1), а вторая поверхность (2В) скользящего вкладыша (2) является дополняющей к контактной поверхности (3А) второго имплантата (3), причем первая поверхность (2А) скользящего вкладыша (2) является по меньшей мере частично сферической, а вторая поверхность (2В) скользящего вкладыша (2) является по существу плоской.
2. Система имплантатов по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что первая поверхность (2А) скользящего вкладыша (2) является выпуклой.
3. Система имплантатов по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что первая поверхность (2А) скользящего вкладыша (2) является вогнутой.
4. Система имплантатов по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере один имплантат (1, 3) имеет в своей верхней части выступ с по меньшей мере одним установочным отверстием (1D, 3С).
5. Система имплантатов по п. 4, отличающаяся тем, что меньшей мере одно установочное отверстие (1D, 3С) наклонено под углом (α1, α3) относительно задней поверхности (1B, 3В) по меньшей мере, одного имплантата (1, 3), находящимся в диапазоне от 0° до 60°.
6. Система имплантатов по пп. 4 или 5, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один имплантат имеет по меньшей мере два установочных отверстия (1D, 3С), наклоненные относительно друг друга под углом, находящимся в диапазоне от 0° до 90°.
7. Система имплантатов по любому из пп. 4-6, отличающаяся тем, что меньшей мере одно отверстие (1D, 3С) имеет резьбу.
8. Система имплантатов по любому из пп. 4-7, отличающаяся тем, что содержит по меньшей мере один костный винт.
9. Система имплантатов по любому из пп. 1-8, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере, один имплантат, (1) по меньшей мере на участке периметра контактной поверхности (1А) снабжен фланцем (1F), образующим с контактной поверхностью (1А) подрез (1G), при этом скользящий вкладыш (2), по меньшей мере, на части периметра снабжен кольцом (2С), вписывающимся внутрь подреза (1G).
10. Система имплантатов по любому из пп. от 1-9, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере, один имплантат (1, 3) на своей задней поверхности (1B, 3В) содержит анкерные элементы (1Е, 3D).
11. Система имплантатов по любому из пп. 1-10, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере, один имплантат (3) имеет подрез (3Е), выполненный с возможностью принимать суставной отросток.
12. Система имплантатов по любому из пп. 1-11, отличающаяся тем, что задняя поверхность по меньшей мере одного имплантата (1В, 3В) по меньшей мере частично покрыта пористым покрытием.
13. Система имплантатов по любому из пп. 1-12, отличающаяся тем, что первый имплантат (1) представляет собой верхний имплантат, выполненный с возможностью взаимодействия с верхним суставным отростком, при этом второй имплантат (3) представляет собой нижний имплантат, выполненный с возможностью взаимодействия с нижним суставным отростком.
14. Система имплантатов по любому из пп. 1-12, отличающаяся тем, что первый имплантат (1) представляет собой нижний имплантат, выполненный с возможностью взаимодействия с нижним суставным отростком, при этом второй имплантат (3) представляет собой верхний имплантат, выполненный с возможностью взаимодействия с верхним суставным отростком.
15. Система имплантатов по любому из пп. 1-14, отличающаяся тем, что скользящий вкладыш (2) и по меньшей мере один имплантат выполнены из материала, содержащего материал, выбранный из группы, включающей в себя биосовместимые полимеры, биосовместимые керамические материалы и биосовместимые металлические материалы.
