Abstract

System implantów stawu międzywyrostkowego zawierający pierwszy implant (1) przystosowany do mocowania do pierwszego wyrostka stawowego, oraz drugi implant (3) przystosowany do mocowania do drugiego wyrostka stawowego. System obejmuje ponadto wkładkę ślizgową (2) przystosowaną do umieszczania między pierwszym implantem (1), a drugim implantem (3). Pierwsza powierzchnia wkładki ślizgowej (2) jest komplementarna z powierzchnią styku (1A) pierwszego implantu (1), zaś druga powierzchnia (2B) wkładki ślizgowej (2) jest komplementarna z powierzchnią styku drugiego implantu (3). Pierwsza powierzchnia wkładki ślizgowej (2) stanowi przynajmniej częściowo powierzchnię sferyczną, zaś druga powierzchnia (2B) wkładki ślizgowej (2) jest zasadniczo płaska.
