Claims (1)

Установка для гранулирования измельченных отходов животного и растительного происхождения в процессе диэлектрического нагрева, характеризующаяся тем, что внутри вертикально расположенного цилиндрического экранирующего корпуса с выгрузным патрубком соосно расположена рабочая камера в виде стационарно расположенного цилиндрического резонатора, внутри которого соосно установлены между диэлектрическими плитами крепления прижимные диэлектрические ролики с ребреной поверхностью с плотным прилеганием к внутренней поверхности цилиндрической матрицы, являющейся составной частью образующей цилиндрического резонатора, причем нижняя плита крепления установлена на валу электропривода, куда вмонтирован узел с вертикально расположенным ножом с наружной стороны образующей цилиндрического резонатора и скребком, расположенным горизонтально над нижним основанием экранирующего корпуса, находящегося под загрузочной емкостью, выполненной в виде воронки из неферромагнитного материала, внутри которой соосно расположен конусообразный экран так, что между их основаниями имеется кольцевое пространство, зазором менее чем четверть длины волны, при этом с боковой стороны цилиндрического резонатора установлены со сдвигом на 120 градусов излучатели от сверхвысокочастотных генераторов.A plant for granulating crushed animal and vegetable waste in the process of dielectric heating, characterized in that a working chamber in the form of a stationary cylindrical resonator is arranged coaxially inside a vertically arranged cylindrical shielding housing with an unloading nozzle, inside of which clamping dielectric rollers with ribbed surface with a tight fit to the inner surface of qilin a drical matrix, which is an integral part of the generatrix of the cylindrical resonator, the lower mounting plate mounted on the electric drive shaft, where a unit with a vertically located knife on the outside of the generatrix of the cylindrical resonator and a scraper located horizontally above the lower base of the shielding housing located under the loading tank made in in the form of a funnel made of non-ferromagnetic material, inside of which a cone-shaped screen is coaxially located so that between their bases there is an annular space with a gap of less than a quarter of the wavelength, while radiators from microwave generators are mounted with a shift of 120 degrees on the side of the cylindrical resonator.
