Claims (34)
1. Пористый адсорбирующий газ монолит, содержащий:
адсорбент;
полимерное связующее и
полимерный волокнистый каркасный материал,
причем пористый адсорбирующий газ монолит имеет сторону, составляющую по меньшей мере около 88,9 мм, и высоту, составляющую от около 19,05 мм до около 254 мм.
2. Монолит по п. 1, где каркасный материал содержит, по меньшей мере, один каркас из каркаса из природных волокон и каркаса из синтетических волокон.
3. Монолит по п. 2, где каркас из синтетических волокон содержит, по меньшей мере, одно волокно из полипропиленовых волокон, волокон сложного полиэфира и волокон 4DG.
5. Монолит по любому из пп. 1-4, где адсорбент присутствует в количестве, по меньшей мере, 77% масс, и/или связующее присутствует в количестве не более чем 20% масс, и/или каркасный материал присутствует в количестве не более чем 3% масс.
6. Монолит по любому из пп. 1-5, где монолит имеет температуру сушки в диапазоне от около 110°С до около 250°С.
7. Способ изготовления пористого адсорбирующего газ монолита, способ включает:
смешивание адсорбента, полимерного связующего и полимерного волокнистого каркасного материала;
прессование смеси в виде формованной структуры и
подвод тепла к прессованной смеси,
причем получаемый пористый адсорбирующий газ монолит имеет сторону, составляющую по меньшей мере около 88,9 мм, и высоту, составляющую от около 19,05 мм до около 254 мм.
8. Способ по п. 7, характеризуемый, по меньшей мере, одним из:
адсорбент присутствует в количестве, по меньшей мере, 77% масс;
связующее присутствует в количестве не более чем 20% масс или
каркасный материал присутствует в количестве не более чем 3% масс.

Способ по любому из пп. 7-10, где прессование смеси включает приложение давления, по меньшей мере, 1250 фунт/кв. дюйм (16 кг/кв. см) и/или форма формы для формования представляет собой, по меньшей мере, одну форму из призмы, цилиндра, овальной призмы куба, эллиптической призмы, прямоугольной призмы, пятиугольной призмы.
12. Система хранения газообразных веществ, содержащая:
контейнер и
пористый адсорбирующий газ монолит, содержащий:
адсорбент;
полимерное связующее и
полимерный волокнистый каркасный материал,
причем пористый адсорбирующий газ монолит имеет сторону, составляющую по меньшей мере около 88,9 мм, и высоту, составляющую от около 19,05 мм до около 254 мм.
13. Система по п. 12, характеризуемая, по меньшей мере, одним из:
адсорбент присутствует в количестве, по меньшей мере, 77% масс;
связующее присутствует в количестве не более чем 20% масс; или
каркасный материал присутствует в количестве не более чем 3% масс.
14. Система по п. 12 или 13, где каркасный материал содержит по меньшей мере, один каркас из каркаса из природных волокон и каркаса из синтетических волокон.
