Claims (10)
1. Способ, включающий: приготовление раствора из сырьевых материалов, включающих растворитель, алканоламин и лигандный сырьевой материал, содержащий гидролизуемый фосфорорганический лиганд, причем общая кислотность сырьевых материалов составляет по меньшей мере 200 частей на миллион по массе фосфористой кислоты в расчете на массу лиганда, концентрация алканоламина в растворе составляет от 0,025 до 1 % масс. в расчете на общую массу раствора, и раствор практически не содержит переходных металлов.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что лигандный материал представляет собой твердый лиганд и содержит более 200, предпочтительно более 300 частей на миллион по массе фосфористой кислоты.
3. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что растворитель содержит спирт и/или альдегид.
4. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что концентрация алканоламина составляет от 0,2 до 0,7 % масс. в расчете на общую массу раствора.
5. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что алканоламин включает по меньшей мере одно соединение, выбранное из триэтаноламина, триизопропаноламина, метилдиэтаноламина, диметилэтаноламина и этилдиэтаноламина.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно включающий подачу раствора лиганда в процесс гидроформилирования.
7. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что процесс гидроформилирования включает реакционную зону и зону экстракции, и по меньшей мере часть раствора подают из резервуара для смешивания в реакционную зону и/или зону экстракции процесса гидроформилирования.
8. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что процесс гидроформилирования включает контактирование CO, H2 и по меньшей мере одного олефина в условиях гидроформилирования, достаточных для получения по меньшей мере одного альдегидного продукта в присутствии катализатора, содержащего в качестве компонентов переходный металл и гидролизуемый лиганд.
9. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что период хранения раствора перед конечным применением составляет более 1 дня.
10. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что содержание карбоновой кислоты в растворителе составляет от 0,02 до 1 % масс. в расчете на массу растворителя.
