Description
以下の実施例における全ての部及び割合は、別途示されない限り、重量基準である。圧力は、別途示されない限り、絶対圧力として提供される。全ての操作は、別途示されない限り、空気及び水分を排除するためにN2−グローブボックス内で行われる。
実施例1の手順を繰り返すが、ただし配位子に酸除去剤を添加しない。結果を図1に示す。
加速エージング試験の後、実施例1及び2の安定化された材料の試料を、ロジウム触媒プロピレンヒドロホルミル化反応に使用して、活性及び生成物異性体比を観察する。この活性試験は、以下に示される条件を用いた米国特許第4,277,627号(実施例1〜33)の従来のヒドロホルミル化プロセスにおいて、安定化された材料を使用することにより行い、ガスクロマトグラフィーを使用して異性体比を決定する。本発明の実施形態ではない対照実験においては、安定剤を使用しない。
(態様)
(態様1)
(a)成分として遷移金属及び加水分解性有機リン配位子を含む触媒の存在下で少なくとも1つのアルデヒド生成物を形成するのに十分なヒドロホルミル化条件下で、反応領域内でCO、H 2 、及び少なくとも1つのオレフィンを接触させることと、(b)前記配位子及び配位子100モル当たり0.05〜13酸中和当量の酸除去剤を含む配位子組成物として前記配位子を提供することとを含むプロセス。
(態様2)
前記配位子組成物を提供する前に、実質的に酸化剤を含まない雰囲気下、真空下、またはその両方において前記配位子組成物を保存することをさらに含む、態様1に記載のプロセス。
(態様3)
前記配位子組成物は、少なくとも30日の期間保存される、態様2に記載のプロセス。
(態様4)
前記加水分解性有機リン配位子及び前記酸除去剤の総重量は、配位子組成物の総重量を基準として、少なくとも50wt%、好ましくは90wt%、より好ましくは少なくとも95wt%、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも98wt%である、態様1から3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。

前記酸除去剤は、トリエタノールアミン(TEA)及びそのエトキシレート、メチルジエトキシアミン、ジメチルエトキシアミン、エチルジエトキシアミン、トリ-3-プロポキシアミン、トリ-(2-(メタノール)エチル)アミン、トリ-イソプロパノールアミン及びそのプロポキシレート、4-ヒドロキシル-2,2,6,6-テトラメチルピペリジン、ビス(2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-4-ピペリジル)セバケート、トリエチルアミン、トリ-n-プロピルアミン、トリ-n-ブチルアミン、トリ-イソ-ブチルアミン、トリ-イソ-プロピルアミン、トリ-n-ヘキシルアミン、トリ-n-オクチルアミン、ジメチル-イソ-プロピルアミン、ジメチル-ヘキサデシルアミン、メチル-ジ-n-オクチルアミン、N,N-ジメチルアニリン、N,N-ジエチルアニリン、N,N-ジメチル-p-トルイジン、N-メチルジフェニルアミン、N,N-ジメチルベンジルアミン、N,N-ジメチル-1-ナフチルアミン、N,N,N’,N’-テトラメチルエチレンジアミン、1,4-ジアザビシクロ-[2,2,2]-オクタン、ピリジン、ピコリン、ルチジン、コリジン、N-メチルピペリジン、N-メチルモルホリン、N-2’-ヒドロキシエチルモルホリン、キノリン、イソ-キノリン、キノキサリン、アクリジエン、キヌクリジン、イミダゾール、ベンズイミダゾール及びベンズトリアゾール、リン酸のナトリウム及び/またはカリウム塩、クエン酸のナトリウム及び/またはカリウム塩、マレイン酸のナトリウム及び/またはカリウム塩、ならびにフマル酸のナトリウム及び/またはカリウム塩から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む、態様1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(態様6)
前記酸除去剤は、トリエタノールアミン、メチルジエタノールアミン、ジメチルエタノールアミン、エチルジエタノールアミン、トリ-3-プロポキシアミン、トリ-(2-(メタノール)エチル)アミン、トリ-イソプロパノールアミン、トリエチルアミン、ピリジン、N,N-ジメチルアニリン、4-ヒドロキシル-2,2,6,6-テトラメチルピペリジン、ビス(2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-4-ピペリジル)セバケート、イミダゾール、ベンズイミダゾール、リン酸三ナトリウム、及びマレイン酸二ナトリウムから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む、態様1から5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(態様7)
前記酸除去剤は、TEAを含む、態様1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(態様8)
前記酸除去剤は、TEAである、態様1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(態様9)
酸除去剤の量は、配位子100モル当たり0.2〜6当量の前記酸除去剤である、態様1から8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(態様10)
酸除去剤の量は、配位子100モル当たり0.5〜2当量の前記酸除去剤である、態様1から9のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(態様11)
前記加水分解性有機リン配位子は、主に固相にある、態様1から10のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(態様12)
前記加水分解性有機リン配位子は、主に液相にある、態様1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(態様13)
前記組成物は、加水分解性有機リン配位子、及び化合物100モル当たり0.05〜13当量の前記酸除去剤から本質的になる、態様1から12のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(態様14)
アルデヒド含有ストリームが反応領域から取り出され、少なくとも部分的に抽出領域に転送され、前記抽出領域において、前記アルデヒドから前記酸除去剤が実質的に除去される、態様1から13のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(態様15)
触媒成分として使用される配位子の保存安定性を改善するためのプロセスであって、加水分解性有機リン配位子を、配位子100モル当たり0.05〜13当量の酸除去剤と混合して、前記配位子及び前記酸除去剤の混合物を得ることを含む前記プロセス。
Claims (13)
- (a)成分として遷移金属及び加水分解性有機リン配位子を含む触媒の存在下で少なくとも1つのアルデヒド生成物を形成するのに十分なヒドロホルミル化条件下で、反応領域内でCO、H2、及び少なくとも1つのオレフィンを接触させることと、(b)配位子及び配位子100モル当たり0.05〜13酸中和当量の酸除去剤を含む配位子組成物として前記配位子を提供することとを含み、
前記加水分解性有機リン配位子は、少なくとも1つのP−Z結合を含有する三価のリン化合物であり、Zは酸素、窒素、塩素、フッ素、または臭素であり、
前記配位子組成物を提供する前に、実質的に酸化剤を含まない雰囲気下、真空下、またはその両方において前記配位子組成物を保存することをさらに含む、プロセス。 - 前記配位子組成物は、少なくとも30日の期間保存される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記加水分解性有機リン配位子及び前記酸除去剤の総重量は、配位子組成物の総重量を基準として、少なくとも50wt%である、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記酸除去剤は、トリエタノールアミン(TEA)及びそのエトキシレート、メチルジエトキシアミン、ジメチルエトキシアミン、エチルジエトキシアミン、トリ-3-プロポキシアミン、トリ-(2-(メタノール)エチル)アミン、トリ-イソプロパノールアミン及びそのプロポキシレート、4-ヒドロキシル-2,2,6,6-テトラメチルピペリジン、ビス(2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-4-ピペリジル)セバケート、トリエチルアミン、トリ-n-プロピルアミン、トリ-n-ブチルアミン、トリ-イソ-ブチルアミン、トリ-イソ-プロピルアミン、トリ-n-ヘキシルアミン、トリ-n-オクチルアミン、ジメチル-イソ-プロピルアミン、ジメチル-ヘキサデシルアミン、メチル-ジ-n-オクチルアミン、N,N-ジメチルアニリン、N,N-ジエチルアニリン、N,N-ジメチル-p-トルイジン、N-メチルジフェニルアミン、N,N-ジメチルベンジルアミン、N,N-ジメチル-1-ナフチルアミン、N,N,N’,N’-テトラメチルエチレンジアミン、1,4-ジアザビシクロ-[2,2,2]-オクタン、ピリジン、ピコリン、ルチジン、コリジン、N-メチルピペリジン、N-メチルモルホリン、N-2’-ヒドロキシエチルモルホリン、キノリン、イソ-キノリン、キノキサリン、アクリジエン、キヌクリジン、イミダゾール、ベンズイミダゾール及びベンズトリアゾール、リン酸のナトリウム及び/またはカリウム塩、クエン酸のナトリウム及び/またはカリウム塩、マレイン酸のナトリウム及び/またはカリウム塩、ならびにフマル酸のナトリウム及び/またはカリウム塩から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記酸除去剤は、トリエタノールアミン、メチルジエタノールアミン、ジメチルエタノールアミン、エチルジエタノールアミン、トリ-3-プロポキシアミン、トリ-(2-(メタノール)エチル)アミン、トリ-イソプロパノールアミン、トリエチルアミン、ピリジン、N,N-ジメチルアニリン、4-ヒドロキシル-2,2,6,6-テトラメチルピペリジン、ビス(2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-4-ピペリジル)セバケート、イミダゾール、ベンズイミダゾール、リン酸三ナトリウム、及びマレイン酸二ナトリウムから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記酸除去剤は、TEAを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記酸除去剤は、TEAである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 酸除去剤の量は、配位子100モル当たり0.2〜6当量の前記酸除去剤である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 酸除去剤の量は、配位子100モル当たり0.5〜2当量の前記酸除去剤である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記加水分解性有機リン配位子は、主に固相にある、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記加水分解性有機リン配位子は、主に液相にある、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記配位子組成物は、加水分解性有機リン配位子、及び配位子100モル当たり0.05〜13当量の前記酸除去剤を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- アルデヒド含有ストリームが反応領域から取り出され、少なくとも部分的に抽出領域に転送され、前記抽出領域において、前記アルデヒドから前記酸除去剤が実質的に除去される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
