Claims (32)
1. Транспортное средство с полуавтономными функциональными средствами, содержащее:
память; и
процессор, который, когда исполняет инструкции, сохраненные в памяти, инструктирует транспортному средству:
определять, с помощью датчика идентификации водителя, личность водителя;
определять, какие полуавтономные функциональные средства помечены для обучения, на основе профиля водителя для идентифицированного водителя; и
в ответ на активацию водителем одного из помеченных полуавтономных функциональных средств:
определять, является ли транспортное средство неподвижным;
в ответ на то, что транспортное средство не является неподвижным, предоставлять первую версию аудиовизуального описания; и
в ответ на то, что транспортное средство является неподвижным, предоставлять вторую версию аудиовизуального описания.

4. Транспортное средство по п. 1, в котором вторая версия аудиовизуального описания включает в себя первую версию аудиовизуального описания и демонстрацию тревожных предупреждений, формируемых полуавтономным функциональным средством.
5. Транспортное средство по п. 1, в котором процессор предназначен для того чтобы, в ответ на прием сообщения о том, что одно из полуавтономных функциональных средств было неправильно использовано водителем, снабжать комментарием профиль водителя, чтобы указывать, что полуавтономное функциональное средство помечено для обучения.
6. Транспортное средство по п. 1, в котором профиль водителя сохраняется в памяти, по меньшей мере, одного из мобильного устройства, ассоциированного с водителем, или сервера, размещенного во внешней сети.
7. Способ, содержащий этапы, на которых:
определяют, с помощью процессора и датчика идентификации водителя, личность водителя;
определяют, с помощью процессора, какие полуавтономные функциональные средства транспортного средства помечены для обучения, на основе профиля водителя для идентифицированного водителя; и
в ответ на активацию водителем одного из полуавтономных функциональных средств, которые помечены для обучения, предоставляют, через головное устройство информационно-развлекательной системы, аудиовизуальное описание активированного полуавтономного функционального средства, при этом предоставление аудиовизуального описания активированного полуавтономного функционального средства включает в себя:
определение, является ли транспортное средство неподвижным;
в ответ на то, что транспортное средство не является неподвижным, предоставление первой версии аудиовизуального описания; и
в ответ на то, что транспортное средство является неподвижным, предоставление второй версии аудиовизуального описания.
8. Способ по п. 7, включающий в себя этап, на котором, после предоставления аудиовизуального описания полуавтономного функционального средства, снабжают комментарием профиль водителя, чтобы указывать, что полуавтономное функциональное средство не помечено для обучения.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором первая версия аудиовизуального описания включает в себя описание полуавтономного функционального средства, использования полуавтономного функционального средства и ограничения полуавтономного функционального средства.
10. Способ по п. 8, в котором вторая версия аудиовизуального описания включает в себя первую версию аудиовизуального описания и демонстрацию тревожных предупреждений, формируемых полуавтономным функциональным средством.
11. Способ по п. 7, включающий в себя этап, на котором, в ответ на прием сообщения о том, что одно из полуавтономных функциональных средств было неправильно использовано водителем, снабжают комментарием профиль водителя, чтобы указывать, что полуавтономное функциональное средство помечено для обучения.
12. Способ по п. 7, в котором профиль водителя сохраняется в памяти, по меньшей мере, одного из транспортного средства, мобильного устройства, ассоциированного с водителем, или сервера, размещенного во внешней сети.
13. Способ, содержащий этапы, на которых:
идентифицируют, с помощью датчика идентификации водителя, личность водителя;
определяют, с помощью процессора, какие полуавтономные функциональные средства транспортного средства помечены для обучения в профиле водителя для идентифицированного водителя; и
после активации водителем полуавтономного функционального средства, которое помечено для обучения:
когда транспортное средство находится в движении, предоставляют первую версию аудиовизуального описания; и
когда транспортное средство является неподвижным, предоставляют вторую версию аудиовизуального описания.
