Claims (9)
1. Изоляционный продукт, состоящий из по меньшей мере двух изоляционных слов, содержащих аэрогели, причем каждый из указанных слоев содержит от 25 до 95 вес.% аэрогеля и от 5 до 75 вес.% волокон, причем указанные изоляционные слои скреплены органическим клеем, предпочтительно водным, на основе одного или нескольких виниловых полимеров
2. Изоляционный продукт по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что он имеет высшую теплоту сгорания PCS ниже 3 МДж/кг и прочность на растяжение более 1 кПа.
3. Изоляционный продукт по одному из пп. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что клей содержит в качестве клеящего агента(ов) один или несколько виниловых полимеров, выбранных, в частности, из гомополимеров или сополимеров поливинилацетата, причем эти полимеры обеспечивают склеивание и первоначально были диспергированы в водной среде в клее, причем сухой экстракт клея обычно составляет от 40 до 60 вес.%, склеивание предпочтительно осуществляют путем испарения водной среды, причем доля виниловых полимеров, от доли адгезионных агентов, присутствующих в клее, составляет по меньшей мере 50%, в частности, по меньшей мере 75%, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 90%, и предпочтительно 100 вес.%.
4. Изоляционный продукт по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что органический клей имеет PCS ниже 24 МДж/кг, и/или тем, что вклад указанного клея в PCS продукта меньше разности между максимальным значением PCS указанного изоляционного продукта и значением PCS всей системы, образованной из изоляционных слоев, не снабженным клеем, в частности, меньше 0,7 МДж/кг.
5. Изоляционный продукт по одному из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что изоляционные слои являются волокнистыми слоями, содержащими аэрогели, причем каждый из указанных волокнистых слоев предпочтительно имеет плотность от 8 до 90 кг/м3, в частности, порядка 10-60 кг/м3, их толщина составляет, в частности, от 6 до 20 мм, в частности, от 8 до 15 мм, причем указанные волокнистые слои предпочтительно представляют собой маты на основе стеклянных волокон E или C, необязательно содержащие, в количестве менее 20% от веса волокон, органические волокна типа полиэтилентерефталата, указанные волокнистые слои предпочтительно были пропитаны химическими реагентами, служащими для получения аэрогеля, чтобы получить указанные изоляционные слои, содержащие аэрогели.
6. Изоляционный продукт по одному из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что каждый изоляционный слой имеет PCS меньше или равную примерно 2,3 МДж/кг.
7. Изоляционный продукт по одному из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что он содержит по меньшей мере два, предпочтительно по меньшей мере три, в частности, четыре или по меньшей мере четыре изоляционных слоя, причем содержание органических клеящих веществ между двумя изоляционными слоями меньше или равно 120 г/м2, предпочтительно меньше или равно 80 г/м2.
8. Изоляционный продукт по одному из пп. 1-7, отличающийся тем, что клеящая композиция включает по меньшей мере один пластификатор.
9. Способ получения изоляционного продукта, включающий по меньшей мере одну стадию склеивания по меньшей мере двух изоляционных слоев, содержащих аэрогели, причем каждый из указанных слоев содержит от 25 до 95 вес.% аэрогелей и от 5 до 75 вес.% волокон, причем указанное склеивание осуществляют с помощью органического клея, предпочтительно водного, на основе одного или нескольких виниловых полимеров.
