Abstract

Description

高性能绝热产品
本发明涉及高性能绝热产品、制造其的方法以及其在建筑领域的用途,例如在新建市场中或在用于隔绝建筑物墙壁、用于隔绝木地板、天花板、露台、外墙或甚至管道等等的翻修中,这种绝热材料特别为板或条带形式。
无论我们讨论新建市场或返修,总是存在对高性能的隔绝产品,特别是绝热产品的巨大需求。总是需要提供增强的隔绝性质并符合建筑工程的严格规范的产品。在寻求提供更佳绝热的材料的同时,如果所述材料还显示或甚至改进建筑施工中的其它所需性质,特别是关于机械强度或耐火性、隔音性等等的性质,这也是有利的。
目前大量种类的绝热材料是已知的。在最常见的产品中,我们可以提及基于天然或合成纤维(如玻璃棉或岩棉)的纤维状隔绝材料、膨胀聚合物类型(如发泡或挤塑聚苯乙烯,或是酚醛或聚氨酯泡沫)的多孔隔绝材料。基本矿物的隔绝材料的热性能反映为热导率λ的值,其通常高于32-35 mW/m.K,特别是大约40 mW/m.K,该值在基本有机的隔绝材料的情况下较低,例如在混入热导率低于空气的气体以改进热性能的多孔隔绝材料的情况下。但是,这些材料的缺点是随时间推移难以将气体保持在该基质内,因为当材料老化时,其会损失一部分热性能。此外,对于有机隔绝材料,由于其性质,对火的反应较差。
还有可能使用其中已经产生真空以形成例如真空板的材料。这些隔绝材料难以使用,因为它们不能被切割或穿孔,并且它们可能在长时间内遭受逐渐的真空损失。
气凝胶是另一种已知形式的隔绝材料,通常为半透明颗粒或微细粉末形式,在绝热方面具有特别高的性能,但是其低劣的机械性质需要它们与保护或增强材料一起使用,或在由缠结的纤维(机械牢固)形成的毡(或层)中的气凝胶,难以赋予其限定的形状。以工业规模获得这些气凝胶是困难和昂贵的,它们需要严格的干燥条件,并且将它们与其它隔绝材料结合以获得足够的机械耐久性或合适的形状可能是复杂的。此外,考虑到对这些应用所需的耐火性质,在用于建筑物绝热的气凝胶基产品中还必须限制存在的有机组分的比率(通常来自于气凝胶的合成方法和/或衍生自制造过程中混入这些隔绝材料的添加剂)。
特别地,气凝胶基隔绝材料包括厚度为几毫米的纤维(无机和/或有机)的毡(或毯状物或层),其已经浸渍有用于产生气凝胶的化学试剂,该气凝胶在该毡的纤维之间合成,由此提供紧密结合的结构。该毡通常卷绕包装,但是操作通常是困难的,因为该毡尘土很大,并通常保持脆性,不适于在建筑中使用。由于这些毡也是致密的(例如大约为150 kg/m3),将它们与其它层,特别是类似的层组装在一起仍然成问题,因为附着必须有效、易于以工业规模进行,并且不得有损于气凝胶赋予该材料的良好隔绝性质(特别是不得导致热导率的值提高)或其它所需性质(如对建筑应用而言的耐火性)。
本发明致力于开发不具有前述缺点的新型高性能绝热产品,特别是表现出非常好的绝热性质以及良好的机械强度并易于生产和操作的产品,该产品还具有对老化的良好抗性和良好的耐火性。
采用本发明的隔绝产品已经实现了该目的,所述产品由至少两个(热)隔绝层形成,特别为含有气凝胶的毡的形式,所述层各自包含(或由此形成)25至95重量%(特别是40至50重量%)的气凝胶(优选无机的)和5至75重量%(特别是20至40重量%)的纤维,优选(其中至少50重量%和有利地最多100重量%)无机的(特别是玻璃或岩石纤维),所述隔绝层通过有机粘合剂粘接(在一起或彼此粘接),所述粘合剂优选是水性的(初始地,在粘合剂干燥之前,水随后从该粘合剂中除去),基于乙烯基聚合物。本发明的隔绝产品有利地具有低于3MJ/kg的优异的发热量(PCS)(如下文所述对1千克产品评估PCS)和高于1 kPa的拉伸(断裂)强度(或抗牵引性)。
根据本发明的有利的实施方案,用于将本发明的产品的隔绝层粘结在一起的有机粘合剂具有低于24 MJ/kg的PCS(每1千克粘合剂)和/或所述粘合剂对该产品的PCS(或该产品中的粘合剂的相对PCS (或PCSr),对应于该粘合剂的PCS (每1千克粘合剂)乘以该产品中按重量计的粘合剂比率,其中该产品可以包含一个或多个粘合剂层 (连续或不连续的),特别取决于要粘合在一起的隔绝层的数量) 的贡献低于本发明的隔绝产品的PCS的最大值(等于3 MJ/kg)与尚未设有粘合剂的所述隔绝层构成的组装件的PCS值之间的差值,特别低于0.7 MJ/kg,各隔绝层,以及尚未设有粘合剂的所述隔绝层构成的组装件此外还具有小于或等于大约 2.3 MJ/kg(特别是严格低于2.35 MJ/kg并优选小于或等于2.3 MJ/kg)的PCS(每一千克所述一层或多层)。
根据本发明,用于粘接本发明的隔绝产品的隔绝层的有机粘合剂有利地为(初始)水性粘合剂(由水性溶剂(或任选含有添加剂的水)中的组分构成),该粘合剂有利地通过水蒸气的蒸发(在室温下或在必要时通过干燥)来提供粘合,此外,所述粘合剂有利地基于乙烯基聚合物(在水性溶剂中),所述聚合物提供该粘合。
本发明的绝热产品是特别有利的:除了良好的热性能之外,其表现出耐火性、改善的机械强度和耐久性,同时(如果适用的话)仍然易于制造(从堆叠和胶合的气凝胶毡开始,粘合剂有利地通过蒸发起作用)并提供改善的操作(特别是安装更方便)。有利地,尽管存在有机粘合剂,其仍然具有符合标准EN 13501-1的等级A2的耐火性,并且其热导率低于25mW/m.K,优选低于22 mW/m.K,或甚至低于18 mW/m.K,或低于15 mW/m.K。
本发明的绝热产品由此是一种多层复合材料——由层状结构形成,包含至少两个基于气凝胶的(热)隔绝层,所述隔绝层通过粘合剂,特别是通过至少一种有机化合物或胶粘剂或胶水或粘结剂粘结在一起。
“有机粘合剂”是指基于至少一种提供该粘合的有机化合物(或胶粘剂)的粘合剂(或具有粘性的组合物,所述粘性特别由拉伸强度来评估,所述拉伸强度在由胶合在一起的层形成的产品上测得(按照标准NF EN 1607垂直于该层的平面)),相对于干燥时存在的该化合物的全部(或相对于干提取物),有机化合物存在于该粘合剂中的比率(包括提供粘合的那种或那些,或者如果适用的话任选存在的其它有机化合物)有利地为至少50重量%、优选至少75重量%、特别适至少90重量%或甚至100重量%。有利地在本发明中,作为胶粘剂,该粘合剂基本(至存在的胶粘剂的比率的至少50重量%,特别是至少75重量%和有利地至少90重量%)或优选仅仅包含一种或多种乙烯基聚合物,所述乙烯基聚合物特别选自聚乙酸乙烯酯均聚物(PVAC)或聚乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(特别是与马来酸酯、乙烯或丙烯酸酯等等),这些聚合物提供粘合,并通常在该粘合剂中(初始)分散(以乳液形式或特别以分散体形式)在上述水性介质(或médium)(或水)中,该水性介质(水)随后通常在该产品的干燥过程中(处于或高于室温)通过蒸发来除去,由此使得该聚合物提供所需粘合。该粘合剂的干提取率(蒸发溶剂后残留的比率)通常为40至60重量%。
产品或材料的优异的发热量(PCS)被认为是一公斤所述产品或材料燃烧所释放的热能。在本发明中特别根据标准EN 13501通过以下方法测量该PCS:对该隔绝产品的各种类型的组件进行测量,特别是对本发明的复合材料的各种类型的隔绝层(PCSM)和对所用的粘合剂(PCSc)进行测量,完整的绝热产品的PCS通过简单的计算,通过寻找按照不同组分在完整产品中的重量比例加权的不同组分的PCS值之和来获得,例如,对于由总重量为mM的多个相同气凝胶毡形成的产品,所述多个气凝胶毡用粘合剂胶合在一起,所述粘合剂在该完整产品中的重量为mC:PCS(产品) = (PCSM × mM + PCSC × mC)/(mM+mC)。本发明的产品的PCS特别低于3 MJ/kg,由此使其保留A2级别的燃烧分级。
为了测量拉伸强度(根据标准NF EN 1607垂直于该隔绝层的平面来评估),本发明的试验特别由以下步骤组成:在构成该产品的两个隔绝层上施加应力,这些层已经通过所用的粘合剂层胶合,该粘合剂以连续层施加,并已经在室温下干燥最多数天的时间,直到获得恒定重量。两个隔绝层各自已经形成整体或已经通过使用合适的粘合剂(其粘性大于用于将隔绝层胶合在一起的粘合剂的粘性)胶合预先与木制面板粘接,将拉伸力施加到两个木制面板上以分离两个层。
构成本发明的隔绝产品的结构的(热)隔绝层有利地为纤维层/由纤维形成的层,特别具有毡类型(或由缠结的纤维(特别是线和/或长丝)形成的毡或层,构成多孔或“不连续”结构),含有气凝胶(或气凝胶)。各纤维层可以以已知方式形成,例如通过在毡上沉积纤维,所述纤维获自模头或某些其它成纤维装置(特别是通过离心获得并随后抽出),并任选通过机械连接(特别是通过针刺)或借助施加在纤维上的粘合剂通过化学粘结将纤维粘接在一起。该气凝胶可以以各种方式与纤维结合,通过在用于原位形成该气凝胶的溶液中或使用所述溶液浸渍该纤维层,或通过与预先形成的气凝胶混合。优选地,用获取该气凝胶的反应物(含有该反应物的溶液)浸渍该纤维层,提取液体,并进行胶凝(特别是在超临界条件下)以获得含有气凝胶的隔绝层。
各纤维层可以由不同类型的纤维构成。优选地,各个层的大部分(该纤维的至少50重量%,特别是至少75重量%或至少80重量%)或甚至有利地全部纤维是无机/矿物纤维,并且这些纤维特别可以选自玻璃纤维(或玻璃棉)、岩石纤维(或岩棉)、陶瓷纤维、玄武岩纤维等等,并优选是玻璃纤维。如果需要的话,可能含有小部分(特别是该纤维的少于20重量%,或少于10重量%)的有机纤维(如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丙烯腈、聚酰胺、芳族聚酰胺、聚酯、聚乳酸、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)等等的纤维)。优选地,构成该纤维层的纤维是玻璃纤维(例如E型玻璃纤维或C型玻璃纤维)或岩石纤维。
如果需要的话,该纤维层还可以以相对于该层通常低于7重量%干物质的比率包含粘合剂(liant),该粘合剂在必要的情况下可以将纤维粘结在一起,所述粘合剂特别是水-基的,并且该粘合剂在必要的情况下可以包含各种有机或无机化合物(树脂、添加剂等等)。
构成本发明的隔绝层的纤维层有利地是多孔的,并可以呼吸,即它们对水蒸气和空气的扩散是可透的。它们有利地(各自)具有8至90 kg/m3、特别是大约10至60 kg/m3的体积质量。对于各纤维层,它们的厚度特别为6至20毫米,特别是8至15毫米。
优选地,根据本发明,构成该产品的隔绝层的纤维层是基于E或C型玻璃纤维(主要基于该玻璃纤维,至该纤维的至少80重量%)的毡(并任选含有该纤维的小于20重量%的PET类型的有机纤维),具有大约10-15毫米的厚度,其已经浸渍有用于制造气凝胶的化学试剂以获得基于本发明的气凝胶的隔绝层。
用于获得本发明的隔绝层的气凝胶有利地为无机气凝胶,特别基于氧化物,如基于二氧化硅、铝和/或钛的气凝胶。优选地,本发明的产品包含至少一种二氧化硅气凝胶作为气凝胶,并优选基本上(至该气凝胶的至少50重量%和优选100重量%)包含或仅包含二氧化硅气凝胶。本发明的产品中气凝胶的比率通常为所述产品的40至50重量%。
该气凝胶通常获自凝胶,所述凝胶例如通过以下方法制得:在溶剂的存在下水解,随后采用催化作用从前体开始进行胶凝,随后通过蒸发或提取构成该凝胶的液体(例如在超临界或亚临界条件下)以便用气体(特别是空气)置换所述液体,而不会使多孔结构崩溃。由此形成的气凝胶是高度多孔的材料,具有开孔并具有纳米级孔隙尺寸。
优选地,根据本发明,通过用如上所述的含有用于形成所述气凝胶的试剂的溶液浸渍前述纤维层来制造该气凝胶。由此制得的气凝胶(通过纤维增强)的层或毡例如由Aspen Aerogel Inc公司以名称Spaceloft®或Cryogel销售。该气凝胶还可以独立于该纤维层制造,并随后与所述层混合以获得该隔绝层。
由于该气凝胶毡通常因其制造工艺以小厚度获得并且需要超临界干燥,当单独使用时,它们不能提供令人满意的隔绝。特别通过将它们与适当选择的粘合剂(其不会导致该组装件的热性能的显著劣化)结合,本发明能够获得所有所需性质,特别是热性质和机械性质。
如上所述,所用的气凝胶毡有利地具有小于或等于大约2.3 MJ/kg的PCS,即由未胶合在一起的气凝胶层构成的中间体具有每千克所述中间体/未胶合在一起的层的组装件小于或等于大约2.3 MJ的PCS。该气凝胶本身有利地配制和制造(通过疏水性醇凝胶的超临界干燥)以使它们固有地具有低PCS。
本发明的复合绝热产品特别由前述隔绝层的叠层形成。其包含至少两个所述隔绝层,有利地至少三个,特别是四个或至少四个(特别是当所述层具有小于10-15毫米的厚度时)上述气凝胶的所述隔绝层,各个层为如上所述的毡的形式,该叠层的各隔绝层有利地基本为无机的。各隔绝层如上所述含有气凝胶和纤维,并还可以以例如小于10重量%的比率含有其它无机填料和/或一种或多种添加剂,特别是当需要一种或多种性质和/或功能时(存在例如红外遮光剂、石墨、硅酸钙等等),和/或可以包含(如已经提及的那样)一种或多种粘合剂和/或油和/或有机硅等等。遮光剂(如炭黑、石墨、或氧化物如二氧化钛TiO2等等)也可以在其制造过程中或在获得的粒子上添加到该气凝胶中。
除了一种或多种胶粘剂之外,该粘合剂有利地包含水(水性介质),并在必要的情况下还可以以低于干提取物的20重量%的比率包含一种或多种可溶性或不溶性的添加剂,如分散剂、流变改性剂、增塑剂、矿物填料(如碳酸钙)等等。优选地,该粘合剂组合物包含至少一种增塑剂,其特别作用于该粘合剂的流变性。
所选粘合剂能够将气凝胶毡胶合在一起,无论使用什么气凝胶和纤维。其可以连续沉积(例如通过辊),或有利地以岛形式通过点胶合,特别是在欲胶合在一起的一个或另一个纤维层的表面上为粘合剂的线(丝线)或点(滴)的形式。
有利地,本发明的产品主要包含或甚至仅包含基本矿物基的层(除了定义的粘合剂和适当情况下的粘接剂和/或添加剂和/或已经提及的任选有机纤维等等)。如果它们含有防火添加剂或以其它方式耐火的话,有机层(不同于该粘合剂)特别可以耐受。
在下文所示的一个有利的实施方案中,其中该产品包含四个厚度为大约10毫米的隔绝层,该隔绝层通过添加基于乙烯基聚合物(在水性介质中)的有机粘合剂作为有机粘合剂组分(或粘结剂或胶粘剂)来连接,沉积在两个隔绝层之间的胶粘剂/乙烯基聚合物的比率优选小于或等于120 g/m2(每平方米胶合表面的胶粘剂的克数),有利地为小于或等于80g/m2,以使该隔绝产物的PCS低于3 MJ/kg,如上所述,该粘合剂有利地具有低于24 MJ/kg的PCS。
该层用粘合物连接在一起,所述粘合物可以是或不是局部化的,特别是粘合物在该产品的各特定位置处(例如在边缘上或沿该产品的长度规律地间隔)以便获得更好的隔绝性质和避免热桥,并且如果适用的话保持该产品的一定柔性。
本发明的隔绝产品优选具有有限的厚度,其厚度不超过100毫米,有利地低于60毫米。各隔绝层或纤维层的厚度通常小于大约15-20毫米,特别是小于大约13毫米。
本发明的隔绝产品通常为(半刚性)刚性形式,并可以通过各种手段(胶合、装订、螺钉固定等等)固定在要隔绝的表面或产品之上或周围。
在本发明的隔绝结构中使用如上限定的有机粘合剂能够获得本发明的有利产品,而不会对所需耐火或绝热性质产生不利影响。常规地且已经提及,有机组分在火灾行为方面是成问题的,这使得它们对需要高耐火性(特别是A2等级耐火性)的某些应用(特别是在建筑中)而言是不合意的。令人惊讶的是,尽管存在所选有机粘合剂,本发明的产品仍具有A2等级的耐火性,这意味着其可以用作各种建筑(如高层建筑)的隔绝材料。如前所述,本发明的产品还具有高拉伸强度和高长期机械稳定性。
本发明的隔绝材料的热性能特别反映为有利地低于25 mW/m.K、优选低于大约 22mW/m.K、特别是低于18 mW/m.K的热导率λ的值,如下所示,相对于未胶合的叠层,粘合剂造成的热导率变化最多在1 mW/m.K以下。该热导率λ(以W/m.K为单位)表示穿过该隔绝材料的热量的量(一米厚,每平方米,当两个面之间的温度差为1°K时)。通过通量方法特别在标准IEEE 442-1981(土壤热电阻测量的IEEE指南,ISBN 0-7381-0794-8)的模型上测得该热导率λ的值(在相同压力和温度下比较,特别是在大气压(1巴)和室温(10至25℃)下)。
本发明的绝热复合产品具有小于3 MJ/千克(复合材料)和优选低于2.8 MJ/千克的PCS。此外,该有机粘合剂的PCS有利地低于24 MJ/千克(粘合剂)和优选低于23.5 MJ/千克。
与使用其它类型的粘合剂,如基于硅酸盐的无机粘合剂或基于有机溶剂的粘合剂(如下文所示,其不能获得所有的所需特性)制得的气凝胶毡的其它组装件相比,本发明的产品在热导率、拉伸强度和耐火性方面提供良好的妥协,符合卫生和安全的要求。
本发明还涉及获得本发明的隔绝产品的方法,所述方法包括至少一个胶合至少两个隔绝层的步骤,所述隔绝层特别为含有气凝胶的毡的形式,所述层各自包含25至95重量%的气凝胶和5至75重量%的纤维(特别是无机纤维),所述胶合可以通过有机粘合剂来进行,所述有机粘合剂优选为水性的,基于乙烯基聚合物。如上所示,获得的隔绝产品有利地具有低于3 MJ/kg的优异的发热量和高于1 kPa的拉伸强度。
在上面的方法中,构成该产品的层彼此叠置并连接在一起,使得最终获得小于100毫米厚的组装件或面板,如果需要的话其可以例如用玻璃膜饰面,特别是为了限制灰尘,和/或出于相同的原因可以在其边缘上覆盖有(例如铝的)粘合带。
一旦气凝胶层已经涂覆有有机胶水(或粘合剂或粘合剂组分),各个层彼此堆叠,所述边缘以使得所有层形成具有直边的几何形状(例如矩形)的方式对齐。
如上所述,该粘合剂以各种方式(通过喷涂、直接涂施等等)以特别为每平方米粘结层5至120克、特别是10至80克粘合剂组分(干)的比率施加。如果需要的话,可以在该层的表面上施加重物以便在胶合过程中更好地接触。
随后通过在室温下干燥(令水蒸发)或通过加热(例如在30至115℃的干燥烘箱中)来干燥该隔绝产品(并除去粘合剂中的水),其中干燥温度和时间可以根据气凝胶层的数量、粘合剂的量和固含量以及产品的几何形状而不等。
该方法还包括精整和包装的步骤,和/或切割的步骤。特别能够在组装该层后修整该隔绝产品的边缘或将含有气凝胶的层切割至所需尺寸。如果需要的话,可以在该表面上施加涂层材料以保护该产品或增强该产品,例如膜、胶带、涂层等等。
在阅读下面给出的实施例时将更好地理解本发明及其优点,所述实施例仅为说明的目的给出,其在任何情况下均不应被视为限制性的。
在这些实施例各自中,由四个气凝胶毡(隔绝层)开始形成产品,其具有由AspenAerogel Inc公司出售的名称Spaceloft® A2,各自为600 × 600 mm2(或为了进行拉伸强度测试具有200×200 mm2),且各自为10毫米厚,这四个毡彼此堆叠,各个毡包含二氧化硅气凝胶,并具有200 g/m2的密度。该产品具有大约40毫米的厚度。
在不按照本发明的第一对比例(参比例1)中,该隔绝产品仅由前述的四个层形成,堆叠但不胶合。
在不按照本发明的第二对比例(参比例2)中,各个毡使用基于松香的在有机溶剂(CH2Cl2)中的有机粘合剂来胶合,所述粘合剂由HB Fuller公司以名称Swiftcoll 4035销售,该粘合剂在该粘合剂组合物中包含32重量%的松香粘合剂组分。
在不按照本发明的第三对比例(参比例3)中,各个毡使用基于硅酸钠的水性无机粘合剂来胶合,所述粘合剂由AS Technology公司以名称Acrobond M25S销售,该粘合剂在该粘合剂组合物中包含49重量%的乙酸乙烯酯粘合剂组分。
在最后的实施例中(这次例示本发明),各个毡使用基于乙酸乙烯酯共聚物和增塑剂的水性有机粘合剂来胶合,所述粘合剂由Bostik公司以名称Tarbicol DB56E1销售,该粘合剂在该粘合剂组合物中包含53重量%的乙酸乙烯酯粘合剂组分。
在采用胶合的实例中,该粘合剂用刷子以连续层方式施加。该板在覆盖物下或在干燥烘箱中在110℃下干燥1小时至几天,取决于所用粘合剂的干燥速率。
根据通量法的原理在10℃的温度下和在大气压下测量该热导率,该测量的精度固定为5%。为了进行该测试,决定使用100 g/m2(涂覆的层)的一定量的粘合剂。
为了测量拉伸强度,该测试包括向用粘合剂层胶合的两个毡施加应力。两个毡预先连接到两块木制面板上,在其上施加拉力以分离两个毡。为了进行该测试,决定使用120g/m2(干粘合剂)的一定量的粘合剂。粘合剂层在与制备该600×600 mm2板所述的相同条件下以连续层方式施加。对各种类型的粘合剂制备三个相同的样品。

- 热导率的变化λ胶合后- λ胶合前= 0.8 mW/m.K
- 拉伸强度:至少2.3 kPa
- 粘合剂的PCS = 23 MJ/kg
- 产品的PCS = 2.9 MJ/kg。
获得的结果显示,与使用其它类型的粘合剂(如下文所示,其不能获得所有的所需特性)制得的气凝胶毡的其它组装件相比,本发明的产品在热导率、拉伸强度和耐火性方面提供了最佳的妥协。
事实上,对于热导率而言,从1 mW/m.K开始,热导率的变化是显著的,参比例2的有机溶剂中的有机粘合剂不利于所需的绝热性质。对于拉伸强度而言,参比例2的无机粘合剂表现出不充足的粘附性,使其不适于在需要隔绝产品的大多数建筑应用中使用(其中拉伸强度必须高于1 kPa)。对于该复合材料的PCS,参比例2的有机溶剂中的有机粘合剂降低了获得的产品的耐火性质,因为获得的产品的PCS超过了3 MJ/kg。此外,不同于用其它两种粘合剂所观察到的结果,本发明的样品中的粘合剂可以容易地施加,容易地形成不会断裂的粘合剂丝线。
该产品特别适于建筑物的隔绝,例如用于隔绝内部或外部墙壁(所述产品特别适于在建筑物外墙的内表面上的应用),或用于隔绝木地板、天花板、露台等等,但是也可以有利地用于任何其它表面(例如容器表面等等)的隔热或甚至隔音。

Claims (14)

1.隔绝产品,由至少两个含有气凝胶的隔绝层形成,所述层各自包含25至95重量%的气凝胶和5至75重量%的纤维,所述隔绝层通过有机粘合剂连接在一起,
其中有机粘合剂作为胶粘剂包含一种或多种乙烯基聚合物,所述乙烯基聚合物选自聚乙酸乙烯酯均聚物或共聚物,和
所述有机粘合剂具有低于24 MJ/kg的PCS和/或所述粘合剂对该产品的PCS的贡献低于所述隔绝产品的PCS的最大值与尚未设有粘合剂的由所述隔绝层构成的组装件的PCS值之间的差值,且低于0.7 MJ/kg,
所述隔绝产品具有低于3 MJ/kg的PCS和高于1 kPa的拉伸强度。
2.如权利要求1所要求保护的隔绝产品,其特征在于所述乙烯基聚合物提供粘附性并初始在该有机粘合剂中分散在水性介质中,该有机粘合剂的干提取率为40至60重量%。
3.如权利要求2所要求保护的隔绝产品,其特征在于相对于有机粘合剂中存在的胶粘剂的比率,一种或多种乙烯基聚合物的比率为至少50重量%。
4.如权利要求1所要求保护的隔绝产品,其特征在于所述纤维层各自具有8至90 kg/m3的体积质量。
5.如权利要求1所要求保护的隔绝产品,其特征在于所述纤维层的厚度为6至20毫米。
6.如权利要求1所要求保护的隔绝产品,其特征在于所述纤维层是基于E型或C型玻璃纤维的毡,任选包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯类型的有机纤维至小于所述纤维的20重量%。
7.如权利要求1所要求保护的隔绝产品,其特征在于所述纤维层已经浸渍有化学试剂,所述化学试剂用于产生所述气凝胶以获得含有气凝胶的所述隔绝层。
8.如权利要求1所要求保护的隔绝产品,其特征在于各隔绝层具有小于或等于2.3 MJ/kg的PCS。
9.如权利要求1所要求保护的隔绝产品,其特征在于其包含至少两个隔绝层,两个隔绝层之间的有机胶粘剂的比率为小于或等于120 g/m2
10.如权利要求9所要求保护的隔绝产品,其特征在于其包含至少三个隔绝层。
11.如权利要求9所要求保护的隔绝产品,其特征在于其包含至少四个隔绝层。
12.如权利要求9所要求保护的隔绝产品,其特征在于两个隔绝层之间的有机胶粘剂的比率为小于或等于80 g/m2
13.如权利要求1所要求保护的隔绝产品,其特征在于所述粘合剂组合物包含至少一种增塑剂。
14.获得隔绝产品的方法,包括至少一个胶合至少两个含有气凝胶的隔绝层的步骤,所述层各自包含25至95重量%的气凝胶和5至75重量%的纤维,所述胶合通过有机粘合剂来进行,
其中有机粘合剂作为胶粘剂包含一种或多种乙烯基聚合物,所述乙烯基聚合物选自聚乙酸乙烯酯均聚物或共聚物,和
所述有机粘合剂具有低于24 MJ/kg的PCS和/或所述粘合剂对该产品的PCS的贡献低于所述隔绝产品的PCS的最大值与尚未设有粘合剂的由所述隔绝层构成的组装件的PCS值之间的差值,且低于0.7 MJ/kg,
所述隔绝产品具有低于3 MJ/kg的PCS和高于1 kPa的拉伸强度。
