Claims (22)

1. Водная дисперсия клеящего вещества, содержащая:
а) по меньшей мере один диспергированный полиуретан, образованный из
а1) по меньшей мере одного органического диизоцианата, выбранного из диизоцианатов формулы X(NCO)2, причем X представляет собой нециклический алифатический углеводородный остаток, имеющий от 4 до 15 атомов углерода, циклоалифатический углеводородный остаток, имеющий от 6 до 15 атомов углерода, ароматический углеводородный остаток, имеющий от 6 до 15 атомов углерода, или арилалифатический углеводородный остаток, имеющий от 7 до 15 атомов углерода,
а2) по меньшей мере одного дигидроксисоединения, выбранного из сложных полиэфирдиолов и простых полиэфирдиолов, причем сложные полиэфирдиолы образованы из по меньшей мере одной алифатической дикарбоновой кислоты и по меньшей мере одного алкандиола, а простые полиэфирдиолы выбраны из полипропиленоксида и политетрагидрофурана,
а3) по меньшей мере одного соединения, содержащего по меньшей мере одну группу, реакционноспособную по отношению к изоцианатным группам, и дополнительно содержащего по меньшей мере одну ионную группу или одну группу, которая может быть преобразована в ионную группу,
а4) при необходимости дополнительных соединений, отличающихся от а1)-а3),
и
b) по меньшей мере один неионогенный эмульгатор, выбранный из этоксилированных жирных спиртов.
2. Водная дисперсия клеящего вещества по п. 1, причем дигидроксисоединение а2) имеет среднечисленную молярную массу от 500 до 5000 г/моль и не содержит ионной группы или группы, которая может быть преобразована в ионную группу.
3. Водная дисперсия по п. 1, причем полиуретан а) содержится в количестве от 30 до 55 масс.%, в пересчете на дисперсию клеящего вещества, а неионогенный эмульгатор b) содержится в количестве от 0,5 до 2 масс.%, в пересчете на общее количество твердых веществ.
4. Водная дисперсия по п. 1, причем диизоцианат а1) выбран из группы, состоящей из гексаметилендиизоцианата, 1-изоцианато-3,5,5-триметил-5-изоцианатометилциклогексана, 2,6-диизоцианатотолуола, 2,4-диизоцианатотолуола и тетраметилксилилендиизоцианата или их смеси.
5. Водная дисперсия по п. 1, причем дигидроксисоединение а2) выбрано из сложного полиэфира из адипиновой кислоты и бутандиола и сложного полиэфира из адипиновой кислоты и гександиола.
6. Водная дисперсия по п. 1, причем соединение а3) выбрано из дигидроксикарбоновых кислот, диаминокарбоновых кислот и диаминосульфоновых кислот.
7. Водная дисперсия по п. 1, причем этоксилированный жирный спирт b) выбран из жирных спиртов с 16-18 атомами углерода со степенью этоксилирования от 8 до 50.
8. Водная дисперсия по любому из пп. 1-7, причем полиуретан а) образован из:
а1) по меньшей мере одного органического диизоцианата, выбранного из группы, состоящей из гексаметилендиизоцианата, 1-изоцианато-3,5,5-триметил-5-изоцианатометилциклогексана, 2,6-диизоцианатотолуола, 2,4-диизоцианатотолуола и тетраметилксилилендиизоцианата или их смеси,
а2) по меньшей мере одного дигидроксисоединения, выбранного из сложного полиэфира из адипиновой кислоты и бутандиола и сложного полиэфира из адипиновой кислоты и гександиола,
а3) по меньшей мере одного соединения, содержащего по меньшей мере одну группу, реакционноспособную по отношению к изоцианатным группам, и дополнительно содержащего по меньшей мере одну ионную группу или одну группу, которая может быть преобразована в ионную группу, выбранного из диаминокарбоновых кислот и диаминосульфоновых кислот,
а4) при необходимости дополнительных соединений, отличающихся от а1)-а3),
и указанная дисперсия содержит
b) от 0,5 до 2 масс.%, в пересчете на общее количество твердых веществ, по меньшей мере одного неионогенного эмульгатора, выбранного из жирных спиртов с 16-18 атомами углерода со степенью этоксилирования от 8 до 50.
9. Применение дисперсии по любому из пп. 1-8 в качестве клеящего вещества для ламинирования, в частности, для ламинирования композитных пленок или для ламинирования жестких формованных изделий с помощью декоративных пленок.
