Claims (15)
1. Зерносушилка, содержащая:
секцию для приема сырого зерна в сообщении с секцией нагревания со смешанным потоком;
темперирующую переходную секцию в сообщении с секцией нагревания со смешанным потоком;
секцию вакуумного охлаждения с пересекающимся потоком в сообщении с темперирующей переходной секцией;
разгрузочную секцию в сообщении с секцией охлаждения; и
камеру отрицательного давления внутри секции охлаждения, между темперирующей переходной секцией и разгрузочной секцией.
2. Сушилка по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая камеру положительного давления внутри секции нагревания.
3. Сушилка по п. 1, в которой охлаждающие колонны имеют перфорированные внутреннюю и наружную стенки.
4. Сушилка по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая разгрузочное отверстие в сообщении только с одним разгрузочным транспортером.
5. Сушилка по п. 1, имеющая зернораспределительный дефлектор внутри темперирующей переходной секции.
6. Способ сушки зерна с помощью сушилки со смешанным потоком, включающий стадии:
создания отрицательного давления внутри охлаждающей камеры для втягивания снаружи воздуха через охлаждающую колонну и в охлаждающую камеру;
дальнейшего нагревания воздуха за счет его прохождения через нагревательное устройство, находящееся в сообщении с нагревательной камерой;
нагревания и сушки зерна внутри секции нагревания через каналы в нагревательной колонне, находящейся в сообщении с нагревательной камерой; и
выпуска нагретого воздуха через отверстия воздуховода на наружной стенке колонны нагревания.
