Claims (13)

1. Способ переноса мутантного гена циннамилалкогольдегидрогеназы 2 (CAD2) кукурузы, включающий:
(a) анализ с применением зондов, которые способны к специфичной гибридизации по меньшей мере с одним маркером, который сцеплен с геном CAD2, геномной ДНК первого растения и геномной ДНК второго растения;
(b) половое скрещивание первого и второго растений с получением популяции потомства;
(c) анализ популяции потомства на присутствие по меньшей мере одного маркера, который сцеплен с геном CAD2;
(d) обратное скрещивание индивидуального растения из популяции потомства, которое включает по меньшей мере один маркер, который сцеплен с геном CAD2, с первым или вторым растением, с получением популяции следующего поколения;
(e) определение, включает ли представитель популяции следующего поколения требуемый признак от первого или второго растения и ген CAD2; и
(f) если ни один представитель популяции следующего поколения не включает требуемый признак от первого или второго растения и ген CAD2, повтор этапов (d) и (e), пока не будет идентифицировано индивидуальное растение, которое включает требуемые признаки от первого или второго растения и ген CAD2.
2. Способ по п.1, где индивидуальное растение потомства, полученное в каждом этапе скрещивания и обратного скрещивания, отбирают с помощью анализа маркера CAD2 в каждом поколении.
3. Способ введения мутантного гена циннамилалкогольдегидрогеназы 2 (CAD2) кукурузы в организм-хозяин с помощью генетической трансформации, где способ включает:
анализ геномной ДНК растения кукурузы с применением зондов, которые способны к специфичной гибридизации с маркерами, сцепленными с мутантным геном CAD2, для идентификации мутантного гена CAD2 в растении кукурузы;
выделение сегмента геномной ДНК растения кукурузы, который специфично гибридизуется с зондами, которые способны к специфичной гибридизации с маркерами, сцепленными с мутантным геном CAD2;
введение выделенного сегмента геномной ДНК в организм-хозяин; и
анализ ДНК организма-хозяина с применением зондов, которые способны к специфичной гибридизации с маркерами, сцепленными с мутантным геном CAD2, для идентификации мутантного гена CAD2 в организме-хозяине.
