Claims (32)

1. Рифленые ребра для теплообменника, размещаемые между плоскими трубками, которые размещены бок о бок отдельно друг от друга, или устанавливаемые в плоской трубке, причем
материалом ребра является алюминий или алюминиевый сплав;
толщина пластины ребра составляет от 0,06 до 0,16 мм и ребро имеет соответствующие поверхности (3) стенки идущей вверх части и идущей вниз части между вершиной и впадиной, которые согнуты в форме волны в продольном направлении ребра;
выступы (4) и канавки (5), имеющие наклон от 10 градусов до 60 градусов относительно поперечного направления ребра и имеющие одно и то же направление, поочередно размещены бок о бок на соответствующих поверхностях (3) стенок; причем
при
установке значения высоты выступов и канавок (внешний размер от впадины канавки до вершины выступа, включая толщину пластины) равным Wh [мм],
установке значения шага выступов и канавок (расстояние от определенного выступа до следующего выступа) равным Wp [мм],
установке значения шага рифленых ребер равным Pf [мм] и
установке значения толщины пластины ребра равным Tf [мм],
рифленые ребра удовлетворяют следующим условиям при протекании газообразного тела в поперечном направлении ребер,
