Claims (77)
1. Электрохирургический способ, включающий:
размещение дистального конца электрохирургической ручки в функциональной взаимосвязи с биологической тканью;
подачу энергии к активному электроду электрохирургической ручки и, в процессе подачи энергии:
измерение значения, показывающего поток энергии к активному электроду;
суммирование в первом предварительно заданном окне времени для создания первого значения, показывающего энергию, поданную к активному электроду; и
прекращение подачи энергии в ответ на первое значение, достигающее предварительно заданного значения или превышающее его.
2. Электрохирургический способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает:
суммирование во втором предварительно заданном окне времени для создания второго значения, показывающего энергию, поданную к активному электроду, причем второе предварительно заданное окно времени имеет меньшую продолжительность, чем первое предварительно заданное окно, и второе предварительно заданное окно совпадает с первым предварительно заданным окном; и
прекращение подачи энергии в ответ на второе значение, достигающее порогового значения или превышающее его.
3. Электрохирургический способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что измерение значения, показывающего поток энергии к активному электроду, дополнительно содержит измерение по меньшей мере одного элемента, выбранного из группы, состоящей из: значения, показывающего поток электрического тока, поданного к активному электроду; значения, показывающего среднеквадратичный поток электрического тока, поданного к активному электроду; значения, показывающего напряжение, поданное к активному электроду; значения, показывающего среднеквадратичное напряжение, поданное к активному электроду.
4. Электрохирургический способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает:
при этом суммирование в первом предварительно заданном окне дополнительно включает суммирование в односекундном окне; и
при этом суммирование во втором предварительно заданном окне дополнительно включает суммирование в 20-500 миллисекундном окне.
5. Электрохирургический способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает:
при этом предварительно заданное значение составляет 400 джоулей; и
при этом пороговое значение составляет 5-400 джоулей.
6. Электрохирургический способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что прекращение подачи энергии в ответ на первое значение, превышающее первое предварительно заданное значение, дополнительно включает:
вычисление времени покоя, представляющего количество времени, в течение которого должна прекращаться подача энергии; и
прекращение подачи энергии на длительность времени покоя.
7. Электрохирургический способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что прекращение подачи энергии в ответ на второе значение, превышающее второе предварительно заданное значение, дополнительно включает:
вычисление времени покоя, представляющего количество времени, в течение которого должна прекращаться подача энергии; и
прекращение подачи энергии на длительность времени покоя.
8. Электрохирургический способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает:
уменьшение порогового значения в течение периодов, когда плазма находится вблизи активного электрода, и
увеличение порогового значения в течение периодов, когда плазма не находится вблизи активного электрода.
9. Электрохирургический контроллер, содержащий:
процессор;
память, соединенную с процессором;
генератор напряжения, функционально связанный с процессором и содержащий активную клемму, также соединенную с процессором;
память, хранящую программу, которая, при выполнении процессором, побуждает процессор:
подавать команду подачи энергии к активной клемме от генератора напряжения;
измерять значение, показывающее поток энергии через активную клемму, указанное измерение выполняется в процессе подачи энергии;
суммировать в первом предварительно заданном окне времени в процессе подачи энергии первое значение, показывающее энергию, поданную через активную клемму; и
подавать команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на первое значение, достигающее предварительно заданного значения или превышающее его.
10. Электрохирургический контроллер по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает:
суммирование в течение второго предварительно заданного окна времени в процессе подачи энергии второго значения, показывающего энергию, поданную через активную клемму, причем второе предварительно заданное окно имеет меньшую продолжительность, чем первое предварительно заданное окно, и второе предварительно заданное окно совпадает с первым предварительно заданным окном; и
подачу команды генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на второе значение, достигающее порогового значения или превышающее его.
11. Электрохирургический контроллер по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что, когда процессор измеряет значение, показывающее поток энергии, программа побуждает процессор измерять по меньшей мере один элемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из: значения, показывающего поток электрического тока через активную клемму; значения, показывающего среднеквадратичный электрический ток через активный электрод; значения, показывающего напряжение, поданное к активной клемме; значения, показывающего среднеквадратичное напряжение, поданное к активной клемме.
12. Электрохирургический контроллер по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что:
когда процессор суммирует в первом предварительно заданном окне, программа побуждает процессор суммировать в односекундном окне; и
когда процессор суммирует во втором предварительно заданном окне, программа побуждает процессор суммировать в 20-500 миллисекундном окне.
13. Электрохирургический контроллер по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что:
когда процессор подает команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на первое значение, достигающее предварительно заданного значения или превышающее его, программа побуждает процессор подавать команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на первое значение, равное или большее, чем 400 джоулей; и
когда процессор подает команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на второе значение, достигающее порогового значения или превышающее его, программа побуждает процессор подавать команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на второе значение, равное или большее, чем 5-400 джоулей.
14. Электрохирургический контроллер по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что, когда процессор подает команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на первое значение, достигающее первого предварительно заданного значения или превышающее его, программа побуждает процессор:
вычислять время покоя, представляющее количество времени, в течение которого должна прекращаться подача энергии; и
подавать команду процессору прекратить подачу энергии на длительность времени покоя.
15. Электрохирургический контроллер по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что, когда процессор подает команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на второе значение, достигающее порогового значения или превышающее его, программа побуждает процессор:
вычислять время покоя, представляющее количество времени, в течение которого должна прекращаться подача энергии; и
подавать команду процессору прекратить подачу энергии на длительность времени покоя.
16. Электрохирургический контроллер по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что программа дополнительно побуждает процессор:
уменьшать пороговое значение в течение периодов, когда плазма находится вблизи активного электрода, соединенного с активной клеммой; и
увеличивать пороговое значение в течение периодов, когда плазма не находится вблизи активного электрода.
17. Невременный машиночитаемый носитель, хранящий программу, которая, при выполнении процессором, побуждает процессор:
подавать команду подачи энергии к активной клемме генератора напряжения;
измерять значение, показывающее поток энергии через активную клемму, это измерение выполняется в процессе подачи энергии;
суммировать в первом предварительно заданном окне времени в процессе подачи энергии первое значение, показывающее энергию, поданную через активную клемму;
подавать команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на первое значение, достигающее предварительно заданного значения или превышающее его.
18. Машиночитаемый носитель по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что:
программа побуждает процессор суммировать во втором предварительно заданном окне времени в процессе подачи энергии второе значение, показывающее энергию, поданную к активной клемме, причем второе предварительно заданное окно имеет меньшую продолжительность, чем первое предварительно заданное окно, и второе предварительно заданное окно совпадает с первым предварительно заданным окном; и
программа побуждает процессор подавать команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на второе значение, достигающее порогового значения или превышающее его.
19. Машиночитаемый носитель по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что, когда процессор измеряет значение, показывающее поток энергии, программа побуждает процессор измерять по меньшей мере один элемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из: значения, показывающего поток электрического тока через активную клемму; значения, показывающего среднеквадратичный электрический ток через активный электрод; значения, показывающего напряжение, поданное к активной клемме; значения, показывающего среднеквадратичное напряжение, поданное к активной клемме.
20. Машиночитаемый носитель по п. 18, отличающийся тем, что:
когда процессор суммирует в первом предварительно заданном окне, программа побуждает процессор суммировать в односекундном окне; и
когда процессор суммирует во втором предварительно заданном окне, программа побуждает процессор суммировать в 20-500 миллисекундном окне.
21. Машиночитаемый носитель по п. 20, отличающийся тем, что:
когда процессор подает команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на первое значение, достигающее предварительно заданного значения или превышающее его, программа побуждает процессор подавать команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на первое значение, равное или большее, чем 400 джоулей; и
когда процессор подает команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на второе значение, достигающее порогового значения или превышающее его, программа побуждает процессор подавать команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на второе значение, равное или большее, чем 5-400 джоулей.
22. Машиночитаемый носитель по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что, когда процессор подает команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на первое значение, достигающее первого предварительно заданного значения или превышающее его, программа побуждает процессор:
вычислять время покоя, представляющее количество времени, в течение которого должна прекращаться подача энергии; и
подавать команду процессору прекратить подачу энергии на длительность времени покоя.
23. Машиночитаемый носитель по п. 18, отличающийся тем, что, когда процессор подает команду генератору напряжения прекратить подачу энергии в ответ на второе значение, достигающее порогового значения или превышающее его, программа побуждает процессор:
вычислять время покоя, представляющее количество времени, в течение которого должна прекращаться подача энергии; и
подавать команду процессору прекратить подачу энергии на длительность времени покоя.
24. Машиночитаемый носитель по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что программа дополнительно побуждает процессор:
уменьшать пороговое значение в течение периодов, когда плазма находится вблизи активного электрода, соединенного с активной клеммой; и
увеличивать пороговое значение в течение периодов, когда плазма не находится вблизи активного электрода.
