Claims (17)
1. Полиолефиновый контейнер с нанесенным газонепроницаемым покрытием, содержащим первый слой аморфного гидрогенизированного нитрида кремния и второй слой аморфного гидрогенизированного углерода; причем слой аморфного гидрогенизированного нитрида кремния осажден на контейнер, а слой аморфного гидрогенизированного углерода осажден на слой аморфного гидрогенизированного нитрида кремния.
2. Полиолефиновый контейнер по п. 1, в котором газонепроницаемое покрытие имеет толщину от 2 нм до 25 нм.
3. Полиолефиновый контейнер по п. 1, в котором газонепроницаемое покрытие нанесено на по меньшей мере 99% внутренней поверхности и/или по меньшей мере 99% внешней поверхности полиолефинового контейнера.
4. Полиолефиновый контейнер по п. 1, который изготовлен литьем под давлением.
5. Полиолефиновый контейнер по п. 1, в котором полиолефин представляет собой полипропилен.
6. Полиолефиновый контейнер по п. 1, имеющий кислородопроницаемость на м2 площади поверхности контейнера менее 6 см3 кислорода в сутки при давлении 100 кПа (1 бар) и 100% кислорода.
7. Полиолефиновый контейнер по п. 1, который закрыт мембраной, припаянной к контейнеру способом, обеспечивающим газо- и влагонепроницаемость.
8. Полиолефиновый контейнер по п. 1, который выбран из группы, состоящей из бутылки, лотка, чашки или капсулы.
9. Способ нанесения покрытия на полиолефиновый контейнер, включающий в себя следующие стадии:
a) осаждение слоя аморфного гидрогенизированного нитрида кремния на полиолефиновый контейнер методом плазмохимического осаждения из паровой фазы;
b) осаждение слоя аморфного гидрогенизированного углерода на слой аморфного гидрогенизированного нитрида кремния методом плазмохимического осаждения из паровой фазы.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором слой аморфного гидрогенизированного нитрида кремния осаждают методом плазмохимического осаждения из паровой фазы из смеси силана и азота.
11. Способ по п. 9, в котором слой аморфного гидрогенизированного углерода осаждают методом плазмохимического осаждения из паровой фазы из этина.
12. Способ по п. 9, дополнительно включающий в себя предварительную обработку полиолефинового контейнера аргоновой плазмой перед осаждением слоя аморфного гидрогенизированного нитрида кремния.
13. Применение полиолефинового контейнера по любому из пп. 1-8 для хранения пищевых продуктов или напитков.
14. Применение полиолефинового контейнера по любому из пп. 1-7 в качестве капсулы для хранения порционных ингредиентов для приготовления напитка с помощью устройства для приготовления напитков.
15. Применение полиолефинового контейнера по любому из пп. 1-7 в качестве лотка для пищевых продуктов, запаянного пленкой.
