Claims (19)
1. Водная композиция для покрытия, включающая
(A) по меньшей мере, один полимер в качестве первого связующего вещества,
(B) по меньшей мере, один сшивающий агент и
(C) по меньшей мере, один сополимер в качестве второго связующего вещества, который получают сополимеризацией этиленово-ненасыщенных мономеров в присутствии полиуретановой смолы, имеющей полимеризуемые углеродные двойные связи,
массовое отношение полимера (А) к полимеру (С) большечем 3.0.
2. Водная композиция для покрытия по п. 1, где массовое отношение полимера (А) к полимеру (С) больше чем 5.0.
3. Водная композиция для покрытия по п. 1 или 2, где массовое отношение полимера (А) к полимеру (С) больше чем 5-25.
4. Водная композиция для покрытия по любому из п.п. 1 и 2, где присутствует, по меньшей мере, один гидроксифункциональный полиэстер в качестве полимера (А).
5. Водная композиция для покрытия по п. 4, где присутствует, по меньшей мере, один гидрокси- и карбоксифункциональный полиэстер в качестве полимера (А) и указанный, по меньшей мере, один полиэстер формирует, по меньшей мере, 80 мас. % полимеров (А), применяемых в качестве связующих веществ.
6. Водная композиция для покрытия по любому из пп. 1, 2 и 5, где, по меньшей мере, один сшивающий агент (В) выбран из группы, включающей полиизоцианаты, меламиновые смолы, бензогуанаминовые смолы и поликарбодиимиды, а также их смеси.
7. Водная композиция для покрытия по любому из пп. 1, 2 и 5, где присутствует, по меньшей мере, один пигмент (D).
8. Водная композиция для покрытия по любому из пп. 1, 2 и 5, где фракция полимера (А) в качестве связующего вещества составляет 5-35 мас. % и фракция сополимера (С) составляет 0.1-8.0 мас. %, в каждом случае в пересчете на общее количество композиции для покрытия.
9. Водная композиция для покрытия по любому из пп. 1, 2 и 5, где, по меньшей мере, одна полиуретановая смола, примененная для получения сополимера (С), имеет аллилэтеровые группы в качестве полимеризуемых углеродных двойных связей и сополимер (С) имеет гидроксильные группы.
10. Водная композиция для покрытия по любому из пп. 1, 2 и 5, где присутствует, по меньшей мере, одна эпоксиэфирная смола (Е), которую получают реакцией гидроксифункциональной эпоксидной смолы с карбоксилсодержащим полиэстером (e1) и/или с соединениями (е2), выбранными из группы, включающей многоатомные органические полиолы, такие как, предпочтительно, мономерные диолы, триолы, тетраатомные спирты или полиэстердиолы, многоосновные органические карбоновые кислоты, такие как дикарбоновые кислоты, гидроксикарбоновые кислоты, лактоны, ангидриды поликарбоновых кислот, такие как ангидриды дикарбоновых кислот, а также, необязательно, монокарбоновые кислоты и простые спирты.
11. Водная композиция для покрытия по п. 10, где гидроксифункциональная эпоксидная смола содержит фосфатную группу.
12. Способ получения верхнего покрытия на металлической основе, включающий нанесение и последующее отверждение композиции для покрытия по любому из пп. 1-11 на металлической основе.
13. Верхнее покрытие, полученное способом по п. 12.
14. Покрытая металлическая основа, которая покрыта способом по п. 12.
15. Покрытая металлическая основа по п. 14, где покрытие является однослойным.
