Claims (13)
1. Способ изготовления усиливающего кромочного элемента (10’) лопатки (70) газотурбинного двигателя, отличающийся тем, что:
- выполняют заготовки (10) для усиливающего кромочного элемента;
- формируют зубчатый рельеф на указанной заготовке (10) перенесением рельефа давлением посредством штамповки между первой половиной (50) штампа и второй половиной (52) штампа для образования шероховатой поверхности (S), при этом, по меньшей мере, одна из двух половин штампа включает в себя пуансон (54), выполненный с конфигурацией, обеспечивающей возможность образования указанного зубчатого рельефа перенесением рельефа давлением.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно деформируют, по меньшей мере, шероховатую поверхность (S) заготовки (10) для получения конечной формы усиливающего кромочного элемента (10’).
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что заготовку (10) выполняют с профилем, который является по существу Y-образным.
4. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что заготовку (10) выполняют с профилем, который является по существу Y-образным.
5. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что шероховатую поверхность (S) выполняют на внутренней стороне заготовки (10).
6. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что шероховатость шероховатой поверхности (S) находится в диапазоне от 1 до 20 и предпочтительно в диапазоне от 3 до 10.
7. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что шероховатость шероховатой поверхности (S) находится в диапазоне от 1 до 20 и предпочтительно в диапазоне от 3 до 10.
8. Способ изготовления лопатки газотурбинного двигателя, отличающийся тем, что изготавливают усиливающий кромочный элемент (10’), с использованием способа по любому из пп.1-5;
- изготавливают тело (60) лопатки; и
- производят адгезивное прикрепление всей или части шероховатой поверхности (S) усиливающего кромочного элемента (10’) к телу (60) лопатки.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что тело (60) лопатки выполняют из композиционного материала с органической матрицей.
