Abstract
Способ производства компонента (3), включающий следующие этапы: ! a) подготовка заготовки (1) из термопласта, армированного несколькими слоями волокон, причем заготовка (1) имеет в сущности V-образный вырез (5), вершина которого совпадает с точкой пересечения трех предварительно определенных краевых линий (7, 8, 9, 10) заготовки (1), и имеет приблизительно округлую выемку (6); ! b) формование заготовки (1) по предварительно определенным краевым линиям (7, 8, 9, 10), в большей степени по окончанию сдвига слоев волокон для получения преформы (2) и образования краевых линий (15, 16, 17), которые проходят приблизительно перпендикулярно друг другу; ! c) помещение преформы (2) на пуансон или матрицу (25) пресса, причем преформа имеет форму пирамиды с поверхностью (26) основания и тремя боковыми поверхностями (27, 28, 29), которые вместе образуют вершину (33), так что приблизительно округлая выемка (6) преформы (2) лежит в области вершины (33), при этом поверхности (23, 24) основания преформы (2), относящиеся к V-образной секции (5) преформы (2) по меньшей мере частично лежат на одной из боковых поверхностей (27, 28, 29); ! d) сжатие пресса для формирования конечных краевых линий (15, 16, 17) и уплотнения преформы (2) с соответственными формованием компонента (3).
Claims (1)
- Способ производства компонента (3), включающий следующие этапы:a) подготовка заготовки (1) из термопласта, армированного несколькими слоями волокон, причем заготовка (1) имеет в сущности V-образный вырез (5), вершина которого совпадает с точкой пересечения трех предварительно определенных краевых линий (7, 8, 9, 10) заготовки (1), и имеет приблизительно округлую выемку (6);b) формование заготовки (1) по предварительно определенным краевым линиям (7, 8, 9, 10), в большей степени по окончанию сдвига слоев волокон для получения преформы (2) и образования краевых линий (15, 16, 17), которые проходят приблизительно перпендикулярно друг другу;c) помещение преформы (2) на пуансон или матрицу (25) пресса, причем преформа имеет форму пирамиды с поверхностью (26) основания и тремя боковыми поверхностями (27, 28, 29), которые вместе образуют вершину (33), так что приблизительно округлая выемка (6) преформы (2) лежит в области вершины (33), при этом поверхности (23, 24) основания преформы (2), относящиеся к V-образной секции (5) преформы (2) по меньшей мере частично лежат на одной из боковых поверхностей (27, 28, 29);d) сжатие пресса для формирования конечных краевых линий (15, 16, 17) и уплотнения преформы (2) с соответственными формованием компонента (3).
