Claims (13)
1. Способ получения текстиля, дублированного подкладкой, согласно которому:
а) формируют композицию, образующую вспененный полиуретан, имеющую плотность примерно 250-600 г/л и содержащую один или более полиолов, содержащих, по меньшей мере, один полиол, имеющий гидроксильный эквивалентный вес, по меньшей мере, 400, 0,25-2 мас.ч. воды на 100 мас.ч. полиола (полиолов), имеющего гидроксильный эквивалентный вес, по меньшей мере, 400, 3-10 мас.ч. физического вспенивающего агента, имеющего температуру кипения от -30 до 40°C, на 100 мас.ч. полиола (полиолов), имеющего гидроксильный эквивалентный вес, по меньшей мере, 400, 100-400 мас.ч. наполнителя на 100 мас.ч. полиола (полиолов), имеющего гидроксильный эквивалентный вес, по меньшей мере, 400, стабилизирующее пену поверхностно-активное вещество, по меньшей мере, один полиизоцианат в количестве, достаточном для обеспечения изоцианатного индекса от 85 до 130, и катализатора полиуретана в таком количестве, что полиуретанобразующая композиция имеет время гелеобразования, по меньшей мере, 180 с;
b) формируют неотвержденную пену в слой с толщиной 0,05-0,75 дюйм (0,127-1,9 см) на всей верхней поверхности текстиля, имеющего ширину, по меньшей мере, 24 дюйм (61 см); и
с) отверждают слой пенообразующей композиции, причем его верхняя поверхность открыта в атмосферу, так что пенообразующая композиция может свободно подниматься с образованием вспененной полиуретановой подкладки, имеющей плотность не более 176 г/л (11 фунт/фут3), связанной с текстилем.
2. Способ по п. 1, согласно которому количество воды составляет 1-1,8 мас.ч. на 100 мас.ч. полиола (полиолов), имеющего гидроксильный эквивалентный вес, по меньшей мере, 400.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, согласно которому физический вспенивающий агент имеет температуру кипения от 10 до 30°C.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, согласно которому количество физического вспенивающего агента составляет 5-8 мас.ч. на 100 мас.ч. полиола (полиолов), имеющего гидроксильный эквивалентный вес, по меньшей мере, 400.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, согласно которому вспененная полиуретановая подкладка имеет плотность 96-160 г/л.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, согласно которому на стадии а) смешивают полиол (полиолы) и наполнитель, и объединяют смесь полиола и наполнителя с полиизоцианатом и физическим вспенивающим агентом одновременно с осуществлением стадии пенообразования путем добавления в устройство пенообразования полиизоцианата и физического вспенивающего агента в виде отдельных потоков.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, согласно которому воду вводят после стадии пенообразования.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, согласно которому на стадии а) смешивают полиол (полиолы) и наполнитель, и затем объединяют смесь полиола и наполнителя с полиизоцианатом и затем для пенообразования одновременно добавляют физический вспенивающий агент и воду.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, согласно которому катализатор вводят после стадии пенообразования.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-9, согласно которому на стадии b) распределяют композицию, образующую вспененный полиуретан, для формирования слоя на подложке, и затем пропускают слой под ножом-раклей для калибрования слоя.
