Claims (19)
1. Несферические магнитные или намагничиваемые частицы пигмента, содержащие магнитный металл, выбранный из группы, состоящей из кобальта, железа, гадолиния и никеля; магнитный сплав железа, марганца, кобальта, никеля или смесь двух или более из них; магнитный оксид хрома, марганца, кобальта, железа, никеля или смесь двух или более из них; или смесь двух или более из них, и имеющие значение d50, которое больше, чем 6 мкм и меньше, чем 13 мкм, предпочтительно от приблизительно 7 мкм до приблизительно 10 мкм, в сочетании со значением d90, которое меньше, чем 20 мкм, предпочтительно меньше или равно приблизительно 15 мкм.
2. Несферические магнитные или намагничиваемые частицы пигмента по п. 1, отличающиеся тем, что представляют собой частицы пигмента пластинчатой формы.
3. Несферические магнитные или намагничиваемые частицы пигмента по п. 1 или 2, отличающиеся тем, что по меньшей мере часть несферических магнитных или намагничиваемых частиц пигмента образована несферическими магнитными или намагничиваемыми частицами оптически изменяющегося пигмента, предпочтительно выбранными из группы, состоящей из магнитных частиц тонкопленочного интерференционного пигмента, магнитных частиц холестерического жидкокристаллического пигмента, частиц интерференционного пигмента с покрытием, содержащих магнитный материал, и смеси двух или более из них.
4. Несферические магнитные или намагничиваемые частицы пигмента по п. 3, отличающиеся тем, что магнитные частицы тонкопленочного интерференционного пигмента содержат 5-слойную структуру Фабри-Перо поглотитель/диэлектрик/отражатель/диэлектрик/поглотитель, при этом слой отражателя и/или слой поглотителя представляет собой магнитный слой, содержащий никель, железо и/или кобальт, и/или магнитный сплав, содержащий никель, железо и/или кобальт, и/или магнитный оксид, содержащий никель (Ni), железо (Fe) и/или кобальт (Co).
5. Несферические магнитные или намагничиваемые частицы пигмента по п. 3, отличающиеся тем, что магнитные частицы тонкопленочного интерференционного пигмента содержат 7-слойную структуру Фабри-Перо поглотитель/диэлектрик/отражатель/магнитный материал/отражатель/диэлектрик/поглотитель или 6-слойную структуру Фабри-Перо поглотитель/диэлектрик/отражатель/магнитный материал/диэлектрик/поглотитель,
при этом магнитный слой содержит никель, железо и/или кобальт; и/или магнитный сплав, содержащий никель, железо и/или кобальт, и/или магнитный оксид, содержащий никель, железо и/или кобальт.
6. Несферические магнитные или намагничиваемые частицы пигмента по п. 4, отличающиеся тем, что слои диэлектрика независимо изготовлены из одного или более компонентов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из фторида магния и диоксида кремния.
7. Несферические магнитные или намагничиваемые частицы пигмента по п. 5, отличающиеся тем, что слои отражателя независимо изготовлены из одного или более компонентов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из алюминия, хрома, никеля и их сплавов; и/или слои диэлектрика независимо изготовлены из одного или более компонентов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из фторида магния и диоксида кремния; и/или слои поглотителя независимо изготовлены из одного или более компонентов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из хрома, никеля и их сплавов.
8. Применение несферических магнитных или намагничиваемых частиц пигмента по любому из пп. 1–7 в составе покрытия, содержащем связующий материал, для создания слоя с оптическим эффектом (СОЭ).
9. Состав покрытия для создания слоя с оптическим эффектом (СОЭ), при этом указанный состав покрытия содержит несферические магнитные или намагничиваемые частицы пигмента по любому из пп. 1–7 и связующий материал.
10. Слой с оптическим эффектом (СОЭ), содержащий состав покрытия по п. 9 в затвердевшем виде, при этом несферические магнитные или намагничиваемые частицы пигмента являются магнитоориентированными.
11. Способ создания слоя с оптическим эффектом (СОЭ), включающий этапы:
a) нанесения на поверхность подложки или на несущую поверхность устройства, генерирующего магнитное поле, состава покрытия по п. 9, при этом указанный состав покрытия находится в первом состоянии,
b) воздействия на состав покрытия в первом состоянии магнитным полем устройства, генерирующего магнитное поле, тем самым ориентируя по меньшей мере часть несферических магнитных или намагничиваемых частиц пигмента, и
(c) обеспечения затвердевания состава покрытия до второго состояния для фиксации несферических магнитных или намагничиваемых частиц пигмента в принятых ими положениях и с принятыми ими ориентациями.
12. Способ по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что этап c) обеспечения затвердевания выполняют частично одновременно с этапом b).
13. Покрытая подложка с оптическим эффектом (ПОЭ), содержащая на подложке один или более слоев с оптическим эффектом по п. 10.
14. Применение слоя с оптическим эффектом (СОЭ) по п. 10 для защиты защищаемого документа от подделки или фальсификации или для декоративного применения.
15. Защищаемый документ или декоративный элемент или объект, содержащий один или более слоев с оптическим эффектом (СОЭ) по п. 10.
