Claims (21)
1. Состав препарата сухого сиропа антибиотика, приготовленного в виде порошка, который сочетает хорошую текучесть и высокую сегрегационную стабильность, содержащий следующие компоненты
Бета-лактамный антибиотик
80,0-95,0% по массе порошкообразного сахара
до 1,0% по массе консерванта
до 2,0% по массе диоксида кремния.
2. Состав по п. 1 в виде сухого порошка с максимальным содержанием воды, равным 3 процента по весу.
3. Состав по п. 1, где частицы порошка отличаются величиной d50 50-150 мкм и величиной d90 менее 200 мкм.
4. Состав по п. 1, где бета-лактамный антибиотик присутствует в концентрации от 0,1 до 15,0% по массе.
5. Состав по п. 1, где бета-лактамный антибиотик выбирают из Цефиксима и Амоксициллина.
6. Состав по п. 1, содержащий добавочные фармацевтические активные вещества.
7. Состав по п. 1, где по меньшей мере 97% по массе порошкообразного сахара имеет диаметр частиц меньше 210 мкм.
8. Состав по п. 1, где порошкообразный сахар представляет собой кондиционированный порошкообразный сахар.
9. Состав по п. 1, где указанный порошкообразный сахар представляет собой порошкообразную сахарозу.
10. Состав по п. 1, где консервант выбирают из бензоата натрия, сорбиновой кислоты и парабенов.
11. Состав по п. 1, дополнительно включающий до 1,0 процента по массе модификатора реологии, где модификатор реологии предпочтительно выбирают из группы модифицированных полисахаридов.
12. Состав по п. 1, дополнительно включающий от 0,01 до 2,0 процентов по массе ароматизирующего ингредиента.
13. Способ получения состава по одному из пп. 1-12, где сахарозу добавляют постепенно к предварительно приготовленной смеси коллоидного диоксида кремния, консерванта, необязательно модификатора реологии и необязательно добавок, и где впоследствии добавляют бета-лактамный антибиотик.
14. Способ по п. 13, где состав высушен и включает менее 4,0 процентов по массе воды.
15. Способ по п. 14, где состав высушивают распылением или высушивают выпариванием.
16. Применение состава по одному из пп. 1-12 для производства фармацевтического препарата.
17. Применение по п. 16, где состав ресуспендируют в воде перед его применением.
