Способ получения нанокапсул резвератрола в конжаковой камеди, характеризующийся тем, что в качестве оболочки нанокапсул используется конжаковая камедь, а в качестве ядра - резвератрол при массовом соотношении оболочка : ядро 3:1 и 1:5, при этом резвератрол медленно добавляют в суспензию конжаковой камеди в бутаноле в присутствии 0,01 г Е472с в качестве поверхностно-активного вещества при перемешивании 1000 об/мин, затем добавляют петролейный эфир, после чего полученную суспензию отфильтровывают и сушат при комнатной температуре.A method of producing resveratrol nanocapsules in konjac gum, characterized in that konjac gum is used as a nanocapsule shell, and resveratrol is used as a core in a shell: core mass ratio of 3: 1 and 1: 5, while resveratrol is slowly added to the konjac gum suspension in butanol in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant with stirring at 1000 rpm, then petroleum ether is added, after which the resulting suspension is filtered off and dried at room temperature.
