Claims (20)
1. Нагнетатель, содержащий крыльчатку, включающую в себя диск крыльчатки и множество лопастей, каждая из которых прикреплена к диску крыльчатки и имеет конец и переднюю поверхность, содержащую первый участок вблизи конца, имеющий первый радиус, находящийся в диапазоне 0,03-0,20 дюйма.
2. Нагнетатель по п. 1, в котором первый радиус находится в диапазоне 0,14-0,16 дюйма.
3. Нагнетатель по п. 1, в котором диск крыльчатки имеет внешнюю кромку второго радиуса, конец совпадает с внешней кромкой диска крыльчатки, передняя поверхность содержит второй участок, расположенный между концом и первым участком и имеющий второй радиус.
4. Нагнетатель по п. 3, дополнительно содержащий корпус, включающий в себя полость для крыльчатки, в которой расположен диск крыльчатки; коллектор; и щель между полостью для крыльчатки и коллектором, имеющую верхний и нижний края, каждый из которых имеет третий радиус, находящийся в диапазоне 0,01-0,30 дюйма.
5. Нагнетатель по п. 4, в котором полость для крыльчатки дополнительно содержит верхнюю внутреннюю поверхность; каждая лопасть содержит верхнюю поверхность; и зазор между верхней поверхностью конца соответствующей лопасти и верхней внутренней поверхностью полости для крыльчатки находится в диапазоне 0,005-0,050 дюйма.
6. Нагнетатель по п. 3, в котором корпус содержит внутреннюю стенку, находящуюся вблизи внешней кромки; и зазор между внутренней стенкой и внешней кромкой лежит в диапазоне 0,035-0,110 дюймов, когда крыльчатка неподвижна.
7. Нагнетатель по п. 1, в котором корпус содержит уступ; диск крыльчатки дополнительно содержит нижнюю поверхность вблизи внешней кромки, расположенную над участком уступа; и зазор между нижней поверхностью диска крыльчатки и уступом корпуса меньше или равен 0,050 дюйма.
8. Нагнетатель по п. 7, в котором как верхний, так и нижний края щели имеют соответствующую наклонную поверхность, проходящую от соответствующего края к коллектору, при этом наклонные поверхности расположены относительно друг друга под углом, лежащем в диапазоне 10-40°.
9. Нагнетатель по п. 3, дополнительно содержащий звукопоглощающий слой, расположенный на части корпуса.
10. Нагнетатель по п. 9, в котором звукопоглощающий слой представляет собой слой, расположенный на внешней поверхности корпуса над коллектором и полостью для крыльчатки.
11. Нагнетатель по п. 9, в котором звукопоглощающий слой содержит эластомер.
12. Нагнетатель по п. 3, в котором коллектор выполнен в виде улитки.
13. Нагнетатель по п. 1, в котором крыльчатка выполнена в виде центробежной крыльчатки.
14. Нагнетатель по п. 13, в котором множество лопастей включает в себя первое множество лопастей, каждая из которых содержит входную часть, и второе множество лопастей без входной части.
15. Нагнетатель по п. 13, в котором верхняя поверхность каждой из множества лопастей имеет осевую линию, проходящую от конца соответствующей лопасти к входному концу соответствующей лопасти; каждая из множества лопастей имеет максимальную ширину, измеряемую перпендикулярно осевой линии и проходящую через первый участок передней кромки.
16. Нагнетатель по п. 15, в котором каждая из множества лопастей имеет начальную ширину вблизи входного конца соответствующей лопасти; и максимальная ширина каждой лопасти, по меньшей мере, в два раза больше начальной ширины соответствующей лопасти.
17. Крыльчатка, содержащая диск крыльчатки, имеющий внешнюю кромку первого радиуса; и множество лопастей, прикрепленных к диску крыльчатки, при этом каждая из множества лопастей имеет конец на внешней кромке и переднюю поверхность с первым участком, проходящим от конца, и вторым участком, проходящим от первого участка и имеющим второй радиус, находящийся в диапазоне 0,14-0,16 дюйма.
18. Крыльчатка по п. 17, в которой каждая из множества лопастей имеет также заднюю поверхность, заканчивающуюся на конце, при этом ее минимальный радиус больше первого радиуса.
19. Крыльчатка по п. 17, которая имеет ось вращения, профилированную поверхность, содержащую внешний участок вблизи внешней кромки, который расположен перпендикулярно оси вращения.
20. Крыльчатка по п. 19, в которой каждая из множества лопастей имеет верхнюю поверхность; и каждая верхняя поверхность содержит участок, который расположен вблизи и параллельно внешнему участку профилированной поверхности.
