Claims (9)
1. Каталитический нейтрализатор для снижения выбросов N2O в системе выпуска отработавших газов транспортного средства, содержащий носитель, сообщающийся с потоком отработавших газов, причем упомянутый носитель включает в себя вход отработавших газов и выход отработавших газов и имеет по меньшей мере один проход отработавших газов сквозь него, упомянутый носитель содержит первую каталитическую зону и вторую каталитическую зону, расположенную ниже по потоку от упомянутой первой зоны, при этом упомянутая первая каталитическая зона включает в себя МПГ-катализатор, содержащий от примерно 50 до примерно 100 мас.% родия, с остатком, содержащим палладий и/или платину в любом массовом соотношении, а упомянутая вторая зона включает в себя МПГ-катализатор, содержащий от примерно 50 до примерно 100 мас.% палладия, с остатком, содержащим родий и/или платину в любом массовом соотношении.
2. Каталитический нейтрализатор по п. 1, в котором упомянутый носитель содержит оксид церия, оксид циркония, оксид алюминия и их смеси.
3. Каталитический нейтрализатор по п. 1, в котором упомянутый МПГ-катализатор в упомянутой первой каталитической зоне имеет удельное содержание катализатора от примерно 0,5 до примерно 300 г/фут3.
4. Каталитический нейтрализатор по п. 1, в котором упомянутый МПГ-катализатор в упомянутой второй каталитической зоне имеет удельное содержание катализатора от примерно 0,5 до примерно 300 г/фут3.
5. Каталитический нейтрализатор по п. 1, в котором упомянутая вторая каталитическая зона включает в себя никель-медный катализатор.
6. Каталитический нейтрализатор по п. 5, в котором упомянутый никель-медный катализатор имеет удельное содержание катализатора от примерно 0,5 до примерно 2000 г/фут3.
7. Каталитический нейтрализатор по п. 5, в котором упомянутый никель-медный катализатор имеет отношение никеля к меди >1.
8. Каталитический нейтрализатор по п. 1, дополнительно включающий в себя третью каталитическую зону ниже по потоку от упомянутой второй каталитической зоны, включающую в себя катализатор, содержащий никель и медь.
9. Нейтрализатор по п. 8, в котором упомянутая первая каталитическая зона в упомянутом проходе отработавших газов содержит входной канал с первым и вторым концами, причем упомянутый первый конец упомянутого входного канала сообщается с упомянутым входом отработавших газов, упомянутая вторая каталитическая зона содержит выходной канал с первым и вторым концами, причем упомянутый второй конец упомянутого выходного канала сообщается с упомянутым выходом отработавших газов, и упомянутая третья каталитическая зона содержит промежуточный канал с первым и вторым концами, причем упомянутый первый конец упомянутого промежуточного канала сообщается с упомянутым вторым концом упомянутого входного канала, а упомянутый второй конец упомянутого промежуточного канала сообщается с упомянутым первым концом упомянутого выходного канала, при этом упомянутый промежуточный канал ориентирован так, чтобы течение отработавших газов через упомянутый по меньшей мере один проход отработавших газов был обратным относительно направления течения в упомянутых входном и выходном каналах.
