Claims (18)
1. Ременной привод для электроинструмента, содержащий:
корпус;
электродвигатель, установленный на корпус и имеющий вал электродвигателя;
первый ступенчатый шкив на вале электродвигателя;
первый ремень на первом ступенчатом шкиве;
второй ступенчатый шкив, соединенный с первым ремнем для принятия вращательной энергии от первого ступенчатого шкива посредством первого ремня;
второй ремень на втором ступенчатом шкиве;
третий ступенчатый шкив, соединенный со вторым ремнем для принятия вращательной энергии от второго ступенчатого шкива посредством второго ремня;
инструмент, соединенный с третьим ступенчатым шкивом;
ролик натяжения ремня, выполненный с возможностью упора в один из первого ремня и второго ремня;
несоосный вал, на котором установлен ролик натяжения ремня, причем несоосный вал выполнен с возможностью поворота в диапазоне возможных положений, причем диапазон возможных положений включает положения большего или меньшего упора в один из первого и второго ремней; и
регулировочное устройство, выполненное с возможностью регулирования положения ролика натяжения ремня посредством поворота несоосного вала и закрепления ролика натяжения ремня в положении.
2. Ременной привод по п. 1, в котором ременной привод расположен в вертикально-сверлильном станке для соединения электродвигателя с зажимным патроном вертикально-сверлильного станка.
3. Ременной привод по п. 1, в котором регулировочное устройство включает крепежную пластину, имеющую дугообразную щель, в которой несоосный вал ролика натяжения ремня закрепляется в разных положениях.
4. Ременной привод по п. 1, в котором второй ступенчатый шкив установлен на несоосном вале шкива, который установлен в
корпусе с возможностью вращения, так чтобы натяжение, прикладываемое к одному из первого и второго ремней посредством ролика натяжения ремня, передавалось другому из первого и второго ремней.
5. Ременной привод по п. 1, в котором регулировочное устройство включает регулировочную головку, расположенную и выполненную с возможностью выборочного закрепления ролика натяжения ремня в положении.
6. Ременной привод по п. 1, в котором регулировочное устройство закрепляет ролик натяжения ремня посредством действия вдоль оси вращения ролика натяжения ремня.
