Abstract
1. Двойная гибкая оптическая схема, содержащаягибкую подложку, удерживающую множество оптических волокон;первый соединитель, оконцовывающий оптические волокна на первом конце двойной гибкой оптической схемы; ивторой соединитель, оконцовывающий оптические волокна на втором конце двойной гибкой оптической схемы;при этом каждое из этих оптических волокон помещено в один из множества отдельных выступов, образованных гибкой подложкой, когда эти оптические волокна проходят от первого соединителя ко второму;при этом первый и второй соединители выполнены с возможностью быть протестированными после их соединения посредством двойной гибкой оптической схемы; ипри этом двойная гибкая оптическая схема предназначена для разделения пополам после завершения тестирования для формирования двух отдельных гибких оптических схем.2. Двойная гибкая оптическая схема по п. 1, которая образует разделительную линию в центральной секции двойной гибкой оптической схемы.3. Двойная гибкая оптическая схема по п. 2, в которой разделительная линия проходит через каждый из выступов.4. Двойная гибкая оптическая схема по п. 2, в которой двойная гибкая оптическая схема является зеркальным отражением относительно разделительной линии.5. Двойная гибкая оптическая схема по п. 1, в которой первый и второй соединители являются соединителями типа МРО.6. Claims (20)
1. Двойная гибкая оптическая схема, содержащая
гибкую подложку, удерживающую множество оптических волокон;
первый соединитель, оконцовывающий оптические волокна на первом конце двойной гибкой оптической схемы; и
второй соединитель, оконцовывающий оптические волокна на втором конце двойной гибкой оптической схемы;
при этом каждое из этих оптических волокон помещено в один из множества отдельных выступов, образованных гибкой подложкой, когда эти оптические волокна проходят от первого соединителя ко второму;
при этом первый и второй соединители выполнены с возможностью быть протестированными после их соединения посредством двойной гибкой оптической схемы; и
при этом двойная гибкая оптическая схема предназначена для разделения пополам после завершения тестирования для формирования двух отдельных гибких оптических схем.
2. Двойная гибкая оптическая схема по п. 1, которая образует разделительную линию в центральной секции двойной гибкой оптической схемы.
3. Двойная гибкая оптическая схема по п. 2, в которой разделительная линия проходит через каждый из выступов.
4. Двойная гибкая оптическая схема по п. 2, в которой двойная гибкая оптическая схема является зеркальным отражением относительно разделительной линии.
5. Двойная гибкая оптическая схема по п. 1, в которой первый и второй соединители являются соединителями типа МРО.
6. Двойная гибкая оптическая схема по п. 1, которая является складываемой по центральной линии для получения U-образной формы во время полировки первого и второго соединителей.
7. Двойная гибкая оптическая схема по п. 6, в которой центральная линия перпендикулярна разделительной линии, показывающей, где двойная гибкая оптическая схема делится пополам, когда завершено тестирование.
8. Фиксатор для гибкой оптической схемы, содержащий
базовый элемент, образующий множество отверстий необходимого размера для приема наконечников и множество каналов для приема выступов гибкой оптической схемы; и
зажимный элемент, предназначенный для удержания на месте наконечников внутри отверстий во время сборки гибкой оптической схемы.
9. Фиксатор по п. 8, который дополнительно содержит элемент необходимого размера для удержания соединителя, располагаемого на конце гибкой оптической схемы, противоположном концу с выступами.
10. Фиксатор по п. 8, который включает в себя две половины, каждая из которых удерживает одну гибкую оптическую схему во время полировки наконечников.
11. Фиксатор по п. 8, который предназначен для удержания гибкой оптической схемы в процессе сборки, отверждения, полировки и тестирования.
12. Фиксатор по п. 8, в котором базовый элемент содержит три компонента, каждый из которых выполнен с возможностью шарнирно поворачиваться относительно соседнего компонента.
13. Фиксатор по п. 12, в котором три компонента выполнены с возможностью поворота для формирования округлости.
14. Фиксатор по п. 12, который содержит две базы, каждая из которых снабжена шарнирами, при этом две базы образуют шестигранник во время полировки.
15. Фиксатор по п. 12, в котором три компонента выполнены с возможностью смещения для линейного расположения.
16. Способ сборки гибкой оптической схемы, содержащий следующие этапы:
размещение множества наконечников в фиксаторе;
размещение гибкой оптической схемы в фиксаторе, так чтобы оптические волокна этой гибкой оптической схемы проходили сквозь наконечники;
отверждение и раскладывание оптических волокон;
полировка наконечников; и
удаление гибкой оптической схемы из фиксатора.
17. Способ по п. 16, который дополнительно содержит этап зажима наконечников в отверстиях, образуемых фиксатором.
18. Способ по п. 16, который дополнительно содержит этап внесения эпоксидной смолы в наконечники для удержания в них оптических волокон.
19. Способ по п. 16, который дополнительно содержит этап поворота компонентов фиксатора для получения округлой формы во время полировки.
20. Способ по п. 19, который дополнительно содержит этап смещения фиксатора в линейное состояние.
