Способ производства фруктового продукта из ломтиков груш и ягодного сырья предусматривает подготовку груш, резку на ломтики, обработку, сушку и упаковку, отличающийся тем, что удаляют несъедобные части и кожуру, ломтики режут толщиной 2-3 мм, замораживают при температуре (-20)°C в течение 1 часа, обрабатывают раствором, содержащем по массе 50% натурального сахара и 15% по массе сок ежевики или концентрированного сока ежевики при температуре 27-30°C в течение 40 минут, производят сушку конвекционным способом до остаточной влажности 2-4%.2.
