Claims (15)

1. The method of introducing objects into the container, especially (film or soft) packaging (11) in a cardboard box (10), with the formation of an ordered arrangement of objects or packages (11) inside the container or cardboard box (10), and the objects or the packaging (11), one after another or in groups, is led to the packaging station (23) and introduced into the container or cardboard box (10) by means of at least one handling member, and the cardboard box (10) is moved to different filling positions through her captivating ma nipulation apparatus - cartoning robot (26), characterized in that the packaging holder - head (37) - handling apparatus - packaging robot (33) is movable in coordination with the movements of the cartoning robot (26) along several, primarily along three, coordinates (39, 40) and pivoted around several, primarily around three, axes (double arrows 41) in such a way that by rotating and / or tilting and / or linear movement of the cardboard box (10), on the one hand, and by means of a lifting movement as well as moving To lower the packages (11) and / or rotate or by pushing them, on the other hand, the cardboard box (10) is filled with different packaging formats.

3. The method according to p. 1 or 2, characterized by the following features:
a) the cardboard boxes (10) straightened by folding with the upper side open are transported along the supply (21) of cardboard boxes to the cardboard station (24),
b) empty cardboard boxes (10) are captured in the area of the cardboard station (24) by means of a cardboard robot (26), brought to the packaging station (23) and held ready for receiving packages (11),
c) the packaging packages (11) brought by the conveyor (32) are captured in the area of the packaging station (32) by means of a packaging robot (33) and inserted into a cardboard box (10) until it is filled,
d) after that, the filled cardboard box (10) is transferred by means of a cardboard robot (26) to the shipping conveyor (70).
4. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that the (empty) cardboard boxes (10) are introduced by means of (linear) transportation into the open holder (30) of the cardboard box of the cardboard robot (26) and are fixed by closing the holder (30) of the cardboard box by mechanical and / or pneumatic holding bodies (46, 47), moreover, when pushing the (empty) cardboard box (10) into the area of the holder (30) of the cardboard box (filled) cardboard box (10) - at the same time - take it out of the area holder (30) cardboard box Ki, and, first of all, the filled cardboard box (10) by pushing and the next cardboard box (10), mainly by pulling transported from the region or region of the holder (30) of the cardboard box.

7. The device according to claim 6, characterized in that the cardboard robot (26) has a cardboard box holder (30) for gripping the cardboard box (10) using movable holding bodies (46, 47), which, advantageously, capture the cardboard box (10) in the region of the bottom wall (12) and in the region of the side walls - longitudinal walls (13, 14) - adjacent to the bottom wall (12), moreover, the retaining organs (46, 47) preferably have suction cups (54, 55) for gripping a cardboard box (10) in the region of the side walls (13, 14), as well as in the region of the bottom walls (12) by means of reduced pressure.

The device according to claim 7, characterized in that the holder (30) of the cardboard box has guides, especially lateral, corner-shaped guide profiles (57), for supporting the cardboard box (10) when pushing the cardboard box into the holder (30) in continuation of the direction of transportation of empty cardboard boxes (10).

The device according to claim 6, characterized in that the empty cardboard boxes (10) are gripping on the cardboard station (24) by means of a cardboard robot (26), brought to the packaging station (23), and the filled cardboard boxes (10) are transported by means of a cardboard robot (26) back to the cardboard station (24), the filled cardboard box (10) being pushed by means of a pusher or ejector (75) from the cardboard station (24), especially from the holder (30) of the cardboard box, to the shipping conveyor (70).
