Abstract
1. Способ получения п-ксилола и/или п-толуальдегида, включающий:стадию циклизации с получением 4-метил-3-циклогексенкарбоксальдегида из изопрена и акролеина;стадию ароматизации с получением п-ксилола и/или п-толуальдегида из 4-метил-3-циклогексенкарбоксальдегида газофазной реакцией в режиме потока с использованием катализатора(ов).2. Способ получения по п. 1, где катализатор, используемый в стадии ароматизации, включает носитель с нанесенным(и) на него металлом(ами) или оксидом(ами) металла(ов).3. Способ получения по п. 1 или 2, где катализатор, используемый в стадии ароматизации, включает носитель с нанесенным на него по меньшей мере одним металлом или оксидом металла, причем указанный металл или оксид металла выбран из группы, включающей платину, никель, палладий, рутений, оксид платины, оксид меди, оксид железа и оксид хрома.4. Способ получения по п. 1 или 2, где катализатор, используемый в стадии ароматизации, включает носитель, выбранный из группы, включающей оксид алюминия, алюмосиликат, диоксид кремния, цеолит, оксид титана, оксид магния и уголь.5. Способ получения по п. 1 или 2, где катализатор, используемый в стадии ароматизации, представляет собой оксид хрома на оксиде алюминия, оксид хрома на алюмосиликате или оксид хрома на диоксиде кремния.6. Способ получения по п. 1 или 2, где температура реакции в газофазной реакции в режиме потока на стадии ароматизации находится в интервале от 300 до 500ºС.7. Способ получения по п. 1 или 2, где стадия циклизации проводится в присутствии катализатора, включающего в себя кислоту Льюиса.
Claims (7)
1. Способ получения п-ксилола и/или п-толуальдегида, включающий:
стадию циклизации с получением 4-метил-3-циклогексенкарбоксальдегида из изопрена и акролеина;
стадию ароматизации с получением п-ксилола и/или п-толуальдегида из 4-метил-3-циклогексенкарбоксальдегида газофазной реакцией в режиме потока с использованием катализатора(ов).
2. Способ получения по п. 1, где катализатор, используемый в стадии ароматизации, включает носитель с нанесенным(и) на него металлом(ами) или оксидом(ами) металла(ов).
3. Способ получения по п. 1 или 2, где катализатор, используемый в стадии ароматизации, включает носитель с нанесенным на него по меньшей мере одним металлом или оксидом металла, причем указанный металл или оксид металла выбран из группы, включающей платину, никель, палладий, рутений, оксид платины, оксид меди, оксид железа и оксид хрома.
4. Способ получения по п. 1 или 2, где катализатор, используемый в стадии ароматизации, включает носитель, выбранный из группы, включающей оксид алюминия, алюмосиликат, диоксид кремния, цеолит, оксид титана, оксид магния и уголь.
5. Способ получения по п. 1 или 2, где катализатор, используемый в стадии ароматизации, представляет собой оксид хрома на оксиде алюминия, оксид хрома на алюмосиликате или оксид хрома на диоксиде кремния.
6. Способ получения по п. 1 или 2, где температура реакции в газофазной реакции в режиме потока на стадии ароматизации находится в интервале от 300 до 500ºС.
7. Способ получения по п. 1 или 2, где стадия циклизации проводится в присутствии катализатора, включающего в себя кислоту Льюиса.
