Abstract

Универсальная окрасочная оснастка относится к области автомобилестроения и может быть использована для одновременной установки и фиксации заготовок пластмассовых бамперов и заготовок пластмассовых деталей интерьера и экстерьера кузова легкового автомобиля с последующей окраской в автоматизированных окрасочных камерах. Расширение технических возможностей решается за счет того, что устройство содержит универсальную стойку, выполненную в виде вертикально ориентированной несущей планки, с присоединенной к ней снизу установочной площадкой и посадочной иглой, а также горизонтально расположенную и закрепленную фиксирующими элементами на верхнем торце несущей планки соединительную планку с двумя перпендикулярно расположенными ложами, закрепленными с ее двух противоположно лежащих сторон посредством фиксирующих элементов, посадочными патронами для жесткой установки второй основной части оснастки - съемных суппортов, состоящих из, как минимум, двух балок с посадочными отверстиями, посредством которых они базируются на каждом из ложе универсальной стойки, при этом каждая из балок съемного суппорта содержит, как минимум, два направляющих пальца, взаимодействующих с третьей основной частью оснастки - сменными держателями, выполненными в виде пространственного каркаса с закрепленными на последнем полыми стержнями, установленными с возможностью осевого перемещения относительно направляющих пальцев, на каркасе сменного держателя закреплены ложементы и опоры, наружная поверхность ложементов повторяет внутреннюю поверхность детали автомобиля, а опоры содержат элементы фиксации, взаимодействующие с ответными элементами детали автомобиля, при этом, как минимум, одна из опор выполнена подвижной. 5 ил.Universal painting equipment refers to the automotive industry and can be used for the simultaneous installation and fixation of blanks for plastic bumpers and blanks for plastic parts of the interior and exterior of a car body, followed by painting in automated paint booths.
