Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zum Umformen von Kunststoffvorformlingen in Kunststoffbehältnisse mit wenigstens einer Blasstation (1), welche einen Hohlraum aufweist, innerhalb dessen die Kunststoffvorformlinge zu den Kunststoffvorformlingen expandierbar sind, wobei die Blasstation (1) ein Bodenteil (2) aufweist, welches den Hohlraum begrenzt und wobei das Bodenteil (2) lösbar mittels eines Befestigungsmechanismus (12, 14, 16, 18) an einem Träger (6) angeordnet ist. Erfindungsgemäß weist der Befestigungsmechanismus (12, 14, 16, 18) wenigstens einen an einem ersten Befestigungselement (4) angeordneten stiftartigen Körper (12) auf, der in einem befestigten Zustand des Bodenteils (2) an dem Träger (6) in eine in einem zweiten Befestigungselement (18) angeordnete Nut (14) eingreift, wobei der stiftartige Körper (12) zum Befestigen des Bodenteils (2) gegenüber dem Träger in der Nut (14) verschiebbar ist und die Nut (14) derart beschaffen ist, dass ein Endabschnitt (16) des stiftartigen Körpers (12) die Nut (14) in einem ersten Bereich (14a) der Nut (14) passieren kann und die Nut (14) in einem zweiten Bereich (14b) der Nut (14) nicht passieren kann.

An apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers having at least one blowing station (1) having a cavity within which the plastic preforms are expandable to the plastic preforms, the blowing station (1) having a bottom part (2) defining the cavity and wherein the bottom part (2) is releasably arranged by means of a fastening mechanism (12, 14, 16, 18) on a support (6). According to the invention, the attachment mechanism (12, 14, 16, 18) has at least one pin-like body (12) arranged on a first attachment element (4), which in a fastened state of the bottom part (2) on the support (6) into one in one the pin-like body (12) for fixing the bottom part (2) relative to the carrier in the groove (14) is displaceable and the groove (14) is such that an end portion (16) of the pin-like body (12) can pass the groove (14) in a first region (14a) of the groove (14) and the groove (14) in a second region (14b) of the groove (14) can not pass.
