Abstract
Способ количественного определения антоцианов в лекарственном растительном сырье с помощью спектрофотометрии, отличающийся тем, что способ осуществляют путем извлечения антоцианов из лекарственного растительного сырья водно-спиртовыми смесями, содержащих 0,5-1,0% кислоты хлороводородной, с концентрацией спирта этилового не менее 70% и определения количественного содержания антоцианов по оптической плотности в 95% этиловом спирте, содержащем 0,5% аммиака, на фоне раствора сравнения при аналитической длине волны максимума поглощения в диапазоне 611-630 нм с использованием раствора стандартного образца циандинина-3-O-глюкозида или с использованием значения его удельного показателя поглощения в 95% этиловом спирте, содержащем 0,5% аммиака.A method for the quantitative determination of anthocyanins in medicinal plants using spectrophotometry, characterized in that the method is carried out by extracting anthocyanins from medicinal plants using water-alcohol mixtures containing 0.5-1.0% hydrochloric acid, with ethyl alcohol concentration of at least 70% and determining the quantitative content of anthocyanins by optical density in 95% ethyl alcohol containing 0.5% ammonia, against the background of a comparison solution at an analytical maximum absorption wavelength in the range area 611-630 nm using the reference solution tsiandinina-3-O-glucoside, or using the value of its specific absorption index of 95% ethanol containing 0.5% ammonia.
