Способ количественного определения суммы антраценпроизводных веществ в корнях щавеля конского, отличающийся тем, что экстракцию сырья осуществляют 70% этиловым спиртом, аликвоту полученного извлечения разбавляют до определенного объема щелочно-аммиачным раствором, оптическую плотность раствора измеряют при длине волны 520 нм и пересчет содержания суммы антраценпроизводных веществ ведется на 8-O-β-D-глюкозид эмодина, который используется в качестве стандартного вещества.
