Method for quantitative determination of sum of antocyanes of black-currant in syrup “Fitoetavit” by method of pH-differential spectro-photometry. According to the method, the syrup is evaporated, with additional of ethyl alcohol, with centrifugation. To the buffer solution one adds centrifugate obtained with determination of optical densities by spectro-photometry, with calculation of content of antocyanes.
