Abstract
1. Способ повышения предела прочности на растяжение полимерной пленки, включающий:а) получение полимерной пленки,б) создание элемента распределения нагрузки в полимерной пленке,в) приложение растягивающей нагрузки к полимерной пленке на элементе распределения нагрузки или вблизи него, при этом максимальная растягивающая нагрузка увеличивается по сравнению по существу с эквивалентной системой без элемента распределения нагрузки.2. Способ по п.1, в котором элемент распределения нагрузки содержит щели.3. Способ по п.1, в котором элемент распределения нагрузки содержит отверстие.4. Способ по п.1, в котором полимерная пленка имеет толщину менее 2,5 мм.5. Способ по п.1, в котором полимерная пленка имеет толщину менее 1,25 мм.6. Способ по п.1, в котором полимерная пленка имеет толщину менее 0,25 мм.7. Способ по п.1, в котором полимерная пленка имеет толщину менее 0,013 мм.8. Способ по п.1, в котором растягивающую нагрузку прикладывают к полимерной пленке с помощью нити.9. Способ по п.8, в котором нить прикрепляют к полимерной пленке с помощью средств крепления.10. Способ по п.9, в котором средства крепления содержат адгезив или механическое взаимное зацепление или сшиваемое соединение.11. Способ повышения предела прочности на растяжение хирургической полимерной пленки, включающий:а) получение хирургической полимерной пленки,б) создание элемента распределения нагрузки в хирургической полимерной пленке,в) прикрепление нити к хирургической полимерной пленке на элементах распределения нагрузки или вблизи них с помощью средств крепления, при этом средства крепления содержат адгезив, механическое взаимное зацепление или сшиваемое соединен
Claims (14)
1. Способ повышения предела прочности на растяжение полимерной пленки, включающий:
а) получение полимерной пленки,
б) создание элемента распределения нагрузки в полимерной пленке,
в) приложение растягивающей нагрузки к полимерной пленке на элементе распределения нагрузки или вблизи него, при этом максимальная растягивающая нагрузка увеличивается по сравнению по существу с эквивалентной системой без элемента распределения нагрузки.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором элемент распределения нагрузки содержит щели.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором элемент распределения нагрузки содержит отверстие.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором полимерная пленка имеет толщину менее 2,5 мм.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором полимерная пленка имеет толщину менее 1,25 мм.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором полимерная пленка имеет толщину менее 0,25 мм.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором полимерная пленка имеет толщину менее 0,013 мм.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором растягивающую нагрузку прикладывают к полимерной пленке с помощью нити.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором нить прикрепляют к полимерной пленке с помощью средств крепления.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором средства крепления содержат адгезив или механическое взаимное зацепление или сшиваемое соединение.
11. Способ повышения предела прочности на растяжение хирургической полимерной пленки, включающий:
а) получение хирургической полимерной пленки,
б) создание элемента распределения нагрузки в хирургической полимерной пленке,
в) прикрепление нити к хирургической полимерной пленке на элементах распределения нагрузки или вблизи них с помощью средств крепления, при этом средства крепления содержат адгезив, механическое взаимное зацепление или сшиваемое соединение,
г) приложение растягивающей нагрузки к полимерной пленке с помощью нити, при этом максимальная растягивающая нагрузка увеличивается по сравнению по существу с эквивалентной системой без элемента распределения нагрузки.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором средства крепления содержат шовную нить.
13. Способ по п.11, в котором средства крепления содержат скобку.
14. Способ по п.11, в котором средства крепления содержат адгезив.
